Very clean, friendly staff, nice rooms
No airflow, even with the temp down low could do with some aircon or at least a window that slightly opens. thin walls could hear extra activities next door at 1am I think they were working out

Hotel was very modern, stylish and clean!
After asking about late check out two days before leaving. We still didn’t receive it.

Comfortable bed, good-sized room, good shower, efficient door entry system. Controlling the lighting from the bedside phone was a great touch!
Having arrived at the hotel late in the evening, I was booked into a room which, when I found the room, already had someone in it - which was embarrassing. The bar area was pretty unwelcoming. Breakfast was very ordinary and certainly not worth paying any extra for it. Irritating green light in the hallway of the room - accept the need for Health & Safety issues, but wonder if it can be dimmed somewhat.

Close to City Centre and Railway. Modern design and reasonable Price / value relation.
Arriving late - have been ending up in a handicapped room - which does not give you a super experience if you are not. Breakfast options where quite limited.

Great central location near to train station and Bullring. Modern feel and nice big rooms. Multi storey car park nearby with discount for staying at the Clayton.
