Room was excellent, with great facilities you would expect coffee/tea making, iron, hairdryer, even down to robes and slippers! Room was immaculate. We arrived early and reception held our bags for us. Extremely friendly staff throughout. Couldn’t be happier
A tiny dislike with a very prompt and positive outcome. On arrival there was only one set of towels in the bathroom, but this was rectified with a quick call down to reception. Two new sets arrived within no more than Three minutes of the call. With apologies.

The room is very quiet and the bed is very comfy.
We booked a taxi through the hotel reception desk when we checked in. We were very disappointed and upset to find our taxi was 30 minutes late. When the taxi finally arrived we were told the hotel had booked it under the wrong name. This meant we missed our dinner reservation.
