The suite we got was large, bright and clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Was there for my dads 80th birthday. The Manager Rosie and front desk clerk Richard helped make the weekend super special by going above and beyond I helping us pull off a surprise. It was great!!

The room was clean and the hotel was located conveniently off the exit.
There was a dripping sound from outside the window that kept me awake. We had stayed at this same hotel a few years back and noticed the same issue then.

Bathroom so small you can barely turn around in, mildew in shower (I have to bring bleach with me to clean every time I've stayed)
