Terrible management with the sugar wine conference

Efficient

We could not get into elevator with the sugar and wine conference going on. And there was no designated entrance and elevator for hotel guests. The entire sidewalk to lobby was full of conference goers and marketers. It was very stressful for guests to navigate and our blood pressure instantly went up each time we entered the hotel. Also there was no clear service provided to guests since there were so many people. We had no assistance getting a cab etc. Their rooms were tiny with a very hard beds so we had backaches for two days. Also the conference goers were smoking in rooms and airing them out by leaving their door open. Our non-smoking room smell like smoke at times. Not a great experience.
