Location excellent . A definite spanish feel to the hotel. Friendly and obliging staff however a little more English would have been beneficial.

Very good location. We were put into a very small room with 2 single beds. I had asked for a double and had paid over 300 euros for 3 nights. We requested a double and were put into a much better room. There was no coffee making facilities. No English TV Stations

Very charming patio inside. Position is great - just next to Mezquita.

Awful breakfast - quite irritating feature, since in the bar at ground level (same management) breakfast food and pastries are quite good. Overpriced during festivities (I could understand a price spike, but you pay twice the normal price, which is not worth for this level of hotel)

The location is ideal for sightseeing as the hotel is right next to the Mosque and only 5 minutes away from all the shops and restaurants. The design of the hotel is also quite authentic and unusual.

The hotel offers 2 types of rooms for 2 people: twin and double. We booked a room with a double bed but upon the check in we ended up in a twin room. We approached a staff member straight after but instead of admitting their mistake with the room allocation he said that it was only "a preference", which is obviously not the case as these rooms are advertised separately on booking.com. The issue was only resolved the next day when the manager offered us a different room.
