Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.
Bed was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned and made up each day to precision. Location was convenient both to get to work and for leisure activities. having a mini fridge was extremely helpful.
The pillows were very uncomfortable (way to squishy). The extra blanket in the closet had some stains on it. there was also a stain on the floor. The TV seemed to frequently cut in and out of service and completely cut out for minutes on a few occasions. There was a weird residue in one of the drawers.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. And you allowed us to bring our two kitties and the extra charge was very reasonable. Also liked the vinyl flooring and large screen tv.
That the doors face outside. If I had known, I never would have reserved a room. Also, barely any countertop in the bathroom and no mirror in bedroom. So I had to lay face products out on bed and walk between the bedroom and bathroom to put on makeup and skincare products.
