The St. Regis Florence

Lovely high quality Hotel as expected from a St Regis. Staff fall over backwards to help and nothing is a problem. Restaurant ambiance was nice and the food was excellent. Restaurant staff were superb. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a little tight

The dress standard in the restaurant was poor with Americans wearing baseball caps, training shoes, running shorts and T shirts during dinner. Not acceptable for a 1* restaurant. It certainly wouldn’t be allowed in any other Michelin stared restaurants I’ve been to.

Entire staff was fantastic! They were helpful, personable, and very knowledgeable! Hotel is lovely with a great location! Room was very comfortable...we had an amazing time there!

This hotel is absolute class. Apart from a disappointing room view even though we got an upgrade everything else was pretty perfect. Breakfast was top notch.The staff were wonderful from Julia at the front desk to Yuri and his colleagues at concierge.

Room windows faced a side street building wall instead of the city. Although we received an upgrade from a deluxe room to a junior suite we would've still preferred our deluxe room with a proper city view.

Excellent location besides the River Arno. Great ambience. Very efficient and hospitable butler service. Great food. The decor of the Room was par excellence with paintings poster bed and great views of the river and the Church from the balcony.
