Plussat: Staff, closeness to the major sites, fabulous breakfast, free parking (!!!), Happy hour, bed.

Miinukset: Traffic noise, but if you have the windows closed it's silent.

Plussat: The room was lovely and very clean, fantastic breakfast and very accommodating staff. Happy hour in the evening is a great touch.

Miinukset: Nothing

Plussat: The breakfast was very good and we liked the coffee machine. The happy hour was delicious and very generous. The room was comfortable and clean and well appointed with free mini bar.

Miinukset: The pillows were not comfortable.

Plussat: Warm friendly welcoming staff. Hotel facilities are excellent and the extras like free evening snacks and drinks and mini bar make a big difference at the end of a day exploring Firenze. Great to have secure off street parking. Breakfast was good and facilities very clean.

Plussat: Everything was great. This was the best hotel we stayed throughout Italy. We both wished we could take this Hotel and wonderful staff with us everywhere we visited!

Miinukset: I, personally, would like the hotel to give better directions to the hotel automatically without asking. The GPS (which worked everywhere else in Italy) said we reached our destination about 1 mile away. We were lucky to find someone to help.

Plussat: Charming hotel. Very clean, great staff. A short 1/2 mile bus trip to the old city.

Plussat: Our hosts, were friendly, and helpful. Sandra provided us with maps and suggestions of places to see and restaurants to try. The location was perfect. We wished we would have had another day there. We would highly recommend Orti di Cimabue.

Plussat: Clean and comfortable with a nice garden. Sandra was very helpful and friendly.

Plussat: I was really nice from our host to arrange a late check-in and an early check-out! good advise on the city and nice neighbourhood with locals very nice garden

Plussat: Sandra and Giovanni were very friendly and helpful. They gave me tipps where to eat and go. They even offered breakfast :). The garden was a dream and one could spend some time there. The room was very clean and had everything one need, they had even thought about mosquitos and so on. The location was great , close to the center, close to public transport, in a nice residential area. Restaurants very close. THANK YOU!

Plussat: The hotel is amazing situated overlooking the river. Italian style and charm simply at its best. The staff are amazing here you literally do not have to do anything. Nothing is any trouble at all. The service is world class. Special mention for Antonio the Restaurant manager who was exceptional.

Plussat: The hotel was stunning, the grounds were immaculate and the decor was beautiful!! We have stayed in some very nice hotels in our time and this is definitely one of the best. The staff could have been any more attentive and lovely. We took our 6 year old son he loved it as well.

Plussat: Quality of service during dinner. Nice welcome from the reception. Quality of food in the restaurant. Location, hotel surroundings and interiors. Housekeeping.

Miinukset: Not enough space in the closet. Low selection of food at the breakfast. Pool area should be moved to a different place - not quiet, pool surounded by restaurants and the bar and people sitting and having their launch - not a good place where you would like to relax - pool should be moved to the backyard area. All in all, we found our stay as little bit overpriced.

Plussat: The quality of staff

Plussat: If your priority is a Negroni made just right in an elegant setting, look no further! Beautiful location away from the bustle of Firenze with convenient 10min shuttle access. Cuisine is straightforward and taste is on point. A joy to see restaurant staff working in a team like a happy well oiled machine. Clean, well maintained and manicured property with large grounds. Hotel is not “fresh” but has true patina which is rare. Great roomy covered parking for the driver concerned with their car. Service throughout is impeccable and a reasonable price point gives a feeling of great value.

Plussat: We loved everything about our stay, excellent hospitality!

Plussat: Charming villa with beautiful huge rooms, just outside the Florence old town, with great recommendations for restaurants nearby and in the centre. Staff very kind and helpful. Also pets are allowed and well tolerated, the owners are nice about that.

Miinukset: The breakfast is too basic and not a lot of vegetables. Must be an Italian thing though, good breakfasts don't seem to be high on the priority list around the region

Plussat: Really nice place, lots of room, comfortable beds, great breakfast and nice staff!

Miinukset: Nothing. It doesn’t have an elevator for those with big suitcases, but we were ok with it.

Plussat: Wonderful! Spacious, beautiful rooms, giant shower! Had a wonderful stay!

Plussat: We stayed for 2 nights unforuntly the place was due to close for XMAS.Really lovely spacious and really huge bathroom never seen that in my life .The room and everything possible done to make us comfortable and happy” much much better than 5 stars hotel . If you are Lucky you will visit this historical place

Plussat: I'm so glad I stayed here, it was utterly charming. The house has been in the family for generations and you can tell how much the space is loved and cared for. Value for money was incredible. It felt like a really special and stylish hotel. Bogdan and Diletta were so friendly and kind. My room (ground floor) was absolutely enormous with a HUGE bathroom! It also had exclusive use of the garden and terrace. The room was completely silent (the only quiet place I stayed in Italy!). The hosts have created a booklet of information, with a level of detail and thoughtfulness that you don't usually find: things like recommended restaurants near the accommodation, restaurants near the tourist attractions, and a list of the museums that are open on Mondays (a lot of places seemed to be closed on Mondays but thanks to the list I was able to plan really good stuff to do). Bogdan also highlighted recommendations and routes on a map, which was very helpful and I took it everywhere! The location is slightly out of the main town, which I liked because it was so peaceful, and it took only 10-15 mins to walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again if (when!) I return to Florence.
