Hilton Washington Dulles Airport

Rooms and hotel in general are in need of an update. Very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Front desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent that I could not understand a word he said. Got charged $50 for something we did not incur. Listed as a four star hotel on Kayak, which it is not even close to being. (Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, also in Northern VA, is also listed as four stars.)

Not happy with the overall Experience

Lobby and front entrance is good

Room, Refrigerator is not working they replaced but still it didnt work. No expecting this from 4 start hotel.

The gym is great. Location is very good. Room wasbig and clean. Shuttle to the hotel is free. Driver was also vey nice. Part of the staff were very good (the waitress in the restaurant Saturday lunch) and the receptionist on Sunday

I didn't like the bathroom very much. I didn't like the restaurant or the bar area. The quality of the beef wasn't good either. There was not fridge in the room (I need it to keep medicines). Part of the staff were very good (the waitress in the restaurant Saturday lunch) and the receptionist on Sunday. Not sure about some of the reception staff. On Saturday somebody was trying to call me several times and the receptionist was unable to pass the call to my room. She just said that I wasn't in th hotel. I think in a hotel like that, they should know how to find foreign surnames. When I was having lunch, people in the kitchen were having an argument quite loud

Staff was very professional; everything went smoothly unlike the other two hotels we stayed at during this trip.

The bathroom was very small.

Convenience for Dulles Airport

Chargeable internet - which incicentally would not connect to my laptop. I stayed in four hotels Hilton Dulles was the only one that failed to connect

The hotel staff were helpful, the pool is very nice, rooms were lovely.

The breakfast buffet was awful and very expensive.
