І don’t remember his name correctly but it was five letters and both vowels (2,4) were “E”. Could you please to let him know that І would like to apologize for my behavior and assure him that it was nothing against him but more about hormonal issues which І believe every woman has more or less during the pregnancy. It is a really big issue for me and my body now. Once again, І do apologize for my actions and that conflict. І didn’t mean it."

Plussat: "The food was the best airplane food I've ever had and the alcohol was free. (By contrast, our SAS flight cost nearly twice as much, left two hours late, causing us to miss our connection, the food was medicore, and the alcohol cost extra). The warm towels were a nice touch. I also appreciated the video regarding in-seat stretching exercises, which were particularly helpful on a long flight. It was nice to board from both the the back and the front of the plane."
Miinukset: "The seats were too cramped for an 11+ hour flight. One minor annoyance: the flight left in the morning and remained sunlit the whole way as we were heading west. The passenger behind us was trying to sleep and complained to the crew about our shade being up even though she was not wearing the eye covers the crew had given everyone. The crew asked us (politely) more than once to put the shade down, but the electric light was not sufficient for our reading. I don't fault the crew for trying to accommodate an unhappy passenger, but it was an imposition on us as well."

Miinukset: "I was disappointed that the airline proactively cancelled the flight I booked and then refused to rebook me onto another airline and failed to offer me a return home within 24 hours of the flight I'd originally booked. Then, when trying to resolve the situation, the airline repeatedly gave me the runaround, directing me to talk to various people in person, and on the phone, before finally making clear that they wouldn't rebook me. Why waste my time and give me false hope if they weren't going to do it?"
Plussat: "Everything except the chair was uncomfortable"
Plussat: "They were out of the chicken in meal even before they got to a quarter of people. They did neither had an option of vegetarian diet. So basically you cannot eat anything but the sandwiches if you don't eat beef."

Plussat: "The flight attendants were lovely, they worked smoothly and did their best to manage an unpleasant situation. The facilities are also excellent, and as always, the fresh flowers and hand lotion and such in the toilets was a nice touch."
Miinukset: "The food was not up to standard this flight, mostly passable, but our pasta inexplicably tasted chlorinated, as if the noodles had ben boiled in pool water. It's a mild complaint, though. Plane food isn't always sterling. The true problem, unfortunately, was in the form of other passengers. Despite having an excess of available space to stretch out, our seats were surrounded by utterly out-of-control children. Crying babies is understandable, it can't be helped, but if your children are running up and down the aisles [including during the landing], sitting on other passengers [myself in particular], and lying down in the aisle to sleep [and the flight attendant had to ask multiple people whose child that one was because no one wanted to own up, apparently] they have no business being on a plane. I don't even care about the annoyance at this point, their behaviour was inherently unsafe and the parents just didn't care."
Miinukset: "Turkish airlines do not care at all about passengers from other countries (other that western Europe and USA) - my flight was cancelled but the airline reps did not bother to tell 150 plus passengers until the end... passengers got angry and one rep took us to the hotel desk, confusing with boarding passes and passport control on the way - forcing us to waster 3-4 hours; we were provided hotel accomodation at midnight (flight was supposed to take off at 9 pm - maybe they were avoiding to spend on out meals???"

I could not stand sitting so I stood in the back the WHOLE 10 hour flight from the heat. I was so uncomfortable I will definitely take action on this one. I will demand a full refund the whole way I was extremely upset."

Miinukset: "By far Turkish Airlines has the least amount of leg room available on an international flight (coach class) that I've ever traveled . . . and I'm saying that as a career pilot. If you are over 6' tall, you will be in agony on any flight that crosses the pond (I traveled on their Airbus A330 and Boeing 737 . . . same story). My tailbone was pegged to the back of my seat, yet my knees were still smooshed into the seat in front of me. I was absolutely miserable. I ended up standing in the back next to the toilets for over 2.5 hours of the 10 hour flight because that was more comfortable than sitting in this cattle car."

Miinukset: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."
Miinukset: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Miinukset: "The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

Miinukset: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Plussat: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Miinukset: "This was a really old plane. The screens were really small And was so scratched and messed up that it was almost impossible to use . I was never offered a choice of breakfast before I boarded and I could not get what I wanted. You do not offer enough space fo list all my comments. Very unfair"
Plussat: "the food was surprisingly good; crew very helpful after I was asked to switch seats due to screen malfunction, they helped find space to move my carry-on further front as well and assisted in getting it back after landing"

Miinukset: "- The boarding at Heathrow gate B44 was horrendous. This is my third experience at the B gates, all terrible! The long wait to board coupled with the lack of sufficient seats for people needing assistance, topped off by cold air from the AC blasting you right in the face. - The plane at boarding time was an oven! Someone didn't want to or forgot to turn the AC on. It tool at least over an hour to make it comfortable. - The entertainment choices are very limited and the screens don't work well."

Plussat: "Got a baby cot, offered wine for dinner and arrived 20 mins earlier than scheduled"
Plussat: "I liked that they had a veggie option for food for dinner service."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the British Airways terminal at Heathrow - everything was automated. There was no human interaction and the ground staff was scarce therefore it was difficult to ask any questions."
Plussat: "the pre-boarding for families with kids was nice, the staff were helpful during the flight"
Miinukset: "The flight home to DC was fine. The flight going to London from DCA was horrible.The deserts on the kids meals had mold on them. My daughter was vomiting as a result of the food. It ate into our trip which was hard for us as we were visiting my grandmother who is not well. We contacted the airline about it and their proposed compensation was not what we were expecting. Honestly we plan to make an annual trip but based on our experiences with this trip maybe we'll choose a different airline."
Plussat: "I felt comfortable even though it was crowded. Crew was very nice and helpful when needed. Entertainment was excellent and made the trip go by faster"

Plussat: "He was courteous, highly efficient and kind. Also, Captain J. Cook made a very smooth landing."
Miinukset: "Bread could be more defrost or warm. But cold bread seems a common thing on airlines."
Plussat: "The crew was amazing, especially when having to deal with a difficult passenger throughout the duration of the flight."
Miinukset: "There was a delay which inconvenienced a friend picking me up. Also, not a complaint, but I have experienced better video entertainment technology. But it's still amazing I get to watch movies while traveling in the air from one continent to another continent."
Miinukset: "I tried watching movies. However, the movie would start fast forwarding itself and skipping to the end without anyone or anything touching the screen or armrest. It happened multiple times and the crew reset my monitor twice before it started working properly. Towards the very end of my flight it started happening again. Very frustrating for such a long flight."
Miinukset: "Air Lingus is awful! It had 1:20 hours delay that resulted in missing the second flight. The check in people don't know their job. The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."
Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Plussat: "The flight was nice, on a large aircraft with lots of entertainment options, high ceilings, and decent food."
Miinukset: "Due to delays on our previous flight in the two-leg journey, we missed the connection and had to be rebooked, stay overnight in London, and come home a day later than planned."
Miinukset: "Having to pay for a cup of tea!"
Miinukset: "One hour delay due to equipment failure. they loaded us and closed the door to hit hit the "on time" mark but then made us sit on the plane for the fix. There is no way the failure was discovered after loading. Usually the seats are ok, this one was the sardine plane, very tight. We were on the bulkhead seat (more room) but the entertainment screens were all yucky."
Plussat: "Seats to close. To small. When reclined they impact the seat behind more then they should. I carried my wifes carry on and they tried to place a yellow sticker on the second one saying it could not go in the overhead and would have to be placed under the seat or checkedm. Never believed it was my wifes Very aggraviting"
Miinukset: "Offer larger seats like United Airlines. For a few dollars you can upgrade economy to economy plus which offere 6 inches more leg room."

Plussat: "After my last experience with WOW from Baltimore to Amsterdam, which was easily my worst flying experience, British Airways was just the opposite. On time, comfortable seats, polite and very helpful flight attendants, and I did not have to pay 2 Euros just for a glass of water. I will fly British Airways again."
Miinukset: "Flight was 3 hr delayed, seats were uncomfortable, flight was oversold and could not seat next to spouse even though we booked well in advance."

Miinukset: "I had requested a wheelchair and never got one either way. Slowly but I walked it! Thank god I was not completely disabled."
Plussat: "Efficient boarding, friendly crew, good food, individual entertainment consoles, and plane was not very crowded."
Miinukset: "Extra charge for items traditionally included on trans-Atlantic flights, entertainment choices dated and limited, assigned seating clumped travelers together instead of spreading them out among available travelers."
Miinukset: "Because of BA problems on online checking I couldn't get seats reserved as soon as online checkin opened. No one could helped me by phone either. I had to do it at the airport. By then, obviously, only the worst seats were available. Do they care? Obviously no. I'm the one stuck in the worst seats for 8:30h. And that happened both ways in the trip. All they would say is "I'm sorry, I can't help you at this time". As that would improve my flying experience. If the problem was on their side, they should definitely accomodate me."

Plussat: "It was great to be upgraded!"
Plussat: "My flight connection to Heathrow from Milan was 2 hours late. The staff at British Airways met me at the gate and escorted me to my connecting flight which was boarding at the time. I would not have made the connection if I had not had expess connection service"
Plussat: "The flight itself went smoothly despite some windy conditions, and we were transported in one piece, without incident, from LHR to IAD. The crew members were pleasant in conversation and reasonable in frequency of food service. Once, when I pressed the attendant button, one of them came quickly to ask me what the problem was, and that kind of responsiveness is always a plus, in my opinion. The seats reclined a reasonable amount, not the mere 2-5 cm one sometimes experiences lately."
Miinukset: "The aircraft was aging at least a bit, and it was clear because my seat almost would not return to the upright position and stay there. Several times I tried to return it to upright as the end of the flight neared, and it would easily move but would return to reclined once I leaned back. It was as if I had been the whole time keeping my finger on the button that makes the seat movable. After I'd about given up, the seat finally stayed upright even when I put my weight back on it. My flight attendant misunderstood my drink request, but I let it go because the result was close to what I had asked for. It could have been that there was too much background noise - not sure."
Plussat: "Crew service"
Miinukset: "Ancient plane. Terrible seats. No space or padding. Horrid entertainment system from 15 yrs ago, dysfunctional. Definitely one of my worse experiences flying back and I do this leg 10-15 per year. Boarding was oddly disorganized for a BA flight."
Plussat: "Beautiful plane. Wonderful service. Even landed 30 minutes early. I cannot say enough good things about BA."
Miinukset: "Missed the second meal."
Miinukset: "Boarding process atrocious! First a gate change from A to C gates, requiring a train to transit. Then, after walking down a jetway, we were sent through an emergency exit, down two flights of stairs and herded onto buses, and I mean herded. We (including elderly and moms with infants) alongwith our carry-ons were harshly ordered to squeeze together on a bus until there was literally no room to move. A lengthy bus ride with very disgruntled passengers to plane was followed by another set of stairs up to the cabin door. Finally, our departure was delayed 30 minutes while the bags of 2 passengers who got lost in the airport (probably on a bus or train) were retrieved. Not sure whether the fault lies with Heathrow or British Airways, but the experience was bad enough to avoid both in future."
