Anyone that purchased a Delta 1st Class seat should have access to the Delta Sky Club. My wife and I purchased 1st Class tickets for a Delta flight from SeaTac to Washington Dulles but were denied entrance to the SeaTac Delta Sky Club because we did have an American Express card.

Miinukset: "I recently requested an urgent response from Delta's customer service and received a reply stating reply time is 14-21 days. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, increased work load and decreased work force my response time is approximately 14-21 days."

We also did not get the designated overhead space we paid for and had to put our bags under the seat in front of us. A bit disappointing to pay $240 extra and not get what we paid for."
Miinukset: "Some of the video I was watching on my personal screen was low quality. Difficult to hear and kept breaking up/freezing so I would miss important words. At one point I had to rewind it because I had missed something important. Captions were not available for the movie I was watching."

Miinukset: "My second plane had sooo much moisture coming from the cooling system it looked like the passengers were getting gased and I kept getting wet from water condensation falling on me in a window seat as I tried to sleep from having such an early flight to begin with only to be told it's delayed 3 hrs without explanation."

Plussat: "І was a passenger with your wonderful Airlines from IST to IAD last week Nov 3rd 2017 and because of misunderstanding and conflict with captain my flight was canceled by him. І don’t remember his name correctly but it was five letters and both vowels (2,4) were “E”. Could you please to let him know that І would like to apologize for my behavior and assure him that it was nothing against him but more about hormonal issues which І believe every woman has more or less during the pregnancy. It is a really big issue for me and my body now. Once again, І do apologize for my actions and that conflict. І didn’t mean it."

There's no point requesting a special meal if you have dietary restrictions, because they don't seem to have a way of knowing you've made the request."

Miinukset: "The variety of food was nice, but the main coarses were below average-Dry chicken as well as over cooked pasta. Trash wasn't collected often enough. Flight crew were friendly enough, but I raved about last years Turkish Airlines flight, but this year it was just so-so and I'm not exactly sure why."

Miinukset: "When going from US to India, food was excellent. But when traveling from India to US, the food was not good at all. Seats had lesser room."

Miinukset: "I was about to loose my walker which I was supposed to receive when I get from the aircraft in Istanbul but the lady at the transfer desk helped me find it. After I bought the ticket it was offered 24 hours later at very much Lowe price ( 25%less than what I paid for). I contacted the Turkish airlines but they never give me any credit or compensation."
Miinukset: "I was disappointed that the airline proactively cancelled the flight I booked and then refused to rebook me onto another airline and failed to offer me a return home within 24 hours of the flight I'd originally booked. Then, when trying to resolve the situation, the airline repeatedly gave me the runaround, directing me to talk to various people in person, and on the phone, before finally making clear that they wouldn't rebook me. Why waste my time and give me false hope if they weren't going to do it?"
Plussat: "The entire inflight experience was great from start to finish."
Miinukset: "I approached the Transfer Desk when there was no line and asked the person working if it was possible to switch to an exit row seat because of my height. The man helping me lied to my face and told me that he could not make the change because the flight was full. when I got on the plane, there were over two dozen empty seats. It was very clear that he just did not want to invest the few seconds it would take to address my concern, or give me a credible reason why he could not make the change."
Plussat: "Friendly Cabin crew Entertainment was above average."
Miinukset: "First of all I have tons of complaints regarding the airport at Istanbul. They have a poorly managed airport and it was so crowded. The cafeteria and places to eat around in the airport were horrendously expensive and they didn't have services like wifi(had to buy it for $8 an hour and it sucked) and drinking water. As per Turkish airlines, the staff in the airport were poorly equipped to deal with emergency situations such as snow. I was flying during the snowstorm and wasn't expecting my journey to be easy. But they should have increased their resources to help people out in such cases.Their help desk was crowded with almost 500+ of people all the time and they only had 2 people to answer their queries. Also, the staff couldn't understand English properly and seemed irritated when I was trying to explain things in English. I had to stand an hour on a line to get my temporary visa issued only to be referred to another line (yes! i waited for an hour to get to the desk and was told to go and sit in another effing line). It was also because most of the signs/boards in the area were written in Turkish only and I didn't know what they were saying. I had to pay for my own hotel during my transit because the line for the hotels was almost two miles long. And when I arrived at my destination, both my luggage went missing. The crew on board were nice and helping people. I do not blame my bad travel experience entirely on Turkish airlines however, the airport and airlines both are not prepared to deal with situations that are unexpected. I also realize the snow storm was the main factor behind everything however any airlines that boasts itself to be a top class international airlines should have means and resources to manage(at least try) their passengers and airport during any situation. No matter what I am never flying with Turkish airlines again."
Plussat: "They were out of the chicken in meal even before they got to a quarter of people. They did neither had an option of vegetarian diet. So basically you cannot eat anything but the sandwiches if you don't eat beef."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were lovely, they worked smoothly and did their best to manage an unpleasant situation. The facilities are also excellent, and as always, the fresh flowers and hand lotion and such in the toilets was a nice touch."
Miinukset: "The food was not up to standard this flight, mostly passable, but our pasta inexplicably tasted chlorinated, as if the noodles had ben boiled in pool water. It's a mild complaint, though. Plane food isn't always sterling. The true problem, unfortunately, was in the form of other passengers. Despite having an excess of available space to stretch out, our seats were surrounded by utterly out-of-control children. Crying babies is understandable, it can't be helped, but if your children are running up and down the aisles [including during the landing], sitting on other passengers [myself in particular], and lying down in the aisle to sleep [and the flight attendant had to ask multiple people whose child that one was because no one wanted to own up, apparently] they have no business being on a plane. I don't even care about the annoyance at this point, their behaviour was inherently unsafe and the parents just didn't care."
Miinukset: "Turkish airlines do not care at all about passengers from other countries (other that western Europe and USA) - my flight was cancelled but the airline reps did not bother to tell 150 plus passengers until the end... passengers got angry and one rep took us to the hotel desk, confusing with boarding passes and passport control on the way - forcing us to waster 3-4 hours; we were provided hotel accomodation at midnight (flight was supposed to take off at 9 pm - maybe they were avoiding to spend on out meals???"
Plussat: "Even in economy, TK serves two full meals, with beer/wine as beverage options. They also give an overnight bag with slippers and other helpful goodies"
Miinukset: "The level of service by the cabin crew was really disappointing. One of the flight attendants asked me to switch seats with the woman seated next to me (although I had pre-selected my seat). I obliged, although I think that the cabin crew and/or gate agents should have given more thought to giving her a better seat assignment, like a bulkhead seat. This woman was uncommonly large with mobility problems, so it was difficult for me to get up when I wanted to. The entertainment system malfunctioned about an hour into the flight, and I had to flag down a cabin crew member on 3 separate occasions to ask them to look into it. No one ever bothered to follow up or attempt to resolve the problem. To make matters worse, the entertainment system is connected to the entire electrical system, so I couldn't use the "call cabin crew" button, or the overhead light - meaning I was stuck in the dark for HOURS. Only after I demanded to be given another seat did anyone do anything, and with zero apologies."

Miinukset: "Boarding was late and was very confusing. No special area for business class. This was not true when we were going to Cairo from Istanbul. The lounge there is fabulous but because our flight was late we didn't have time to go to the lounge on return flight."

Plussat: "Same problem coming back, my flight IST to IAD missed because my my layover was only one hour, and when I got the desk of my connecting flight, I was not allowed to board, even though there were last few passengers were still moving to the plane. This time I had to spend another 8 hours on IST."

Miinukset: "Overall, we had a great flight and will probably fly with the Turkish Airlines again. But boarding was an absolute mess: the "secure" gate area was tiny and way too small to accommodate all the people on the flight, and the temperature in that area of the terminal was blistering hot. Combined with an organization that was messy, let's just say that all of us were REAL happy when we finally boarded the plane."

The tray table would not come all the way down flat before it hit my knees. If there were a lower rating than poor, the seats would have won it; Movies were among the worst ever. where do you get them?"

Miinukset: "It was nothing about the flight itself but the about the Istanbul terminal. If Turkish airlines wants more people to travel through Turkey should improve the following: 1- Should make free Wifi available to every one. 2- Should keep the bathrooms clean at the terminals."

Miinukset: "Flight attendant missed couple lines of food and after letting them know instead of bringing the cart back they were tossing the entire plate on top of the head of the other passengers. One of them fell of right on one of the passengers. The second thing that irritates me is that one of the flight attendant approached me and was asking if I want chicken beef or pasta and I said chicken and she was like that is not an option in a very rude tone as of I am dumb or deaf of some sort. The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. Instead she was giving an really bad attitude about it. Very irritated"

Miinukset: "Our flight was cancelled from Nashville to Chicago due to "mechanical issue" so we were unable to get on the flight to Naples. United rebooked us on a flight leaving the next day, and we are currently sitting in Chicago on a 6 hour layover. So no, I am not happy at all with this experience. We are missing a day in Italy and have been charged a day stay in Sorrento which we are unable to use. I have contacted United customer service to see if they can compensate us."
Plussat: "The flight was on time. The cabin crew was helpful and very friendly and the food was the best we have recently had on an international flight. The entertainment selection was enormous and spanned the realm of all venues."

Miinukset: "Checking in on-line was not very "user friendly". Our aircraft had to be replaced causing a 2 hour delay, part of which was an ATC sequencing delay. The 50 minute ATC delay couldn't be controlled by LH, but the original equipment replacement was at the bottom of the overall delay. My "A" window seat in economy had significantly reduce foot space due to a metal box installed in the space. The seat was not particularly well designed, but it's economy so you get what you get. The food was average at best."

I asked about this , but was gently denied. the help desk was gracious, which I appreciated. I had an entire row to myself on the United flight to DC, which softened the blow as well but the flight to Munich from IAD was great (2-28-18)"

Even if there were fewer options for cost reasons, I would think they'd still have more watcher enjoyment. Rather than pad the list with the likes of Boss Baby or Going out in Style or even a mediocre 60% offering in the Fast and Furious franchise. Wonderful crew, though, can't say enough about how polite and attentive they are."

Miinukset: "The seating on this aircraft is inadequate for a long flights. Tall people really suffer due to seat size and spacing. There was a 6"6" man of median weight for his height who was in the middle seat next to me and he could barely fit into his seat. It was not his fault, rather the unrealistic expectation that airline seats actually fit today's customer. Not only is there not enough leg room, but the width of the seat leaves no room for arms or shoulders. No one should have to ride 7-plus hours touching the shoulders of the passenger next to them! I used to prefer to fly on Lufthansa because their seating was more comfortable than other carriers, but I will try another airline next time."
Miinukset: "Delays in Nice led to a narrow window for connection. More than ten people were left behind - doors practically closed in our faces - and Lufthansa was wholly unhelpful in rescheduling flights. Lines to speak with agents were absurd and then attendants had to take breaks instead of resolve issues. There were no solutions offered, only poor communication and an unwillingness to accommodate a significant number of customers who were inconvenienced. Finally, a "random inspection" led to a handful of passengers being surveyed by the German local police. Interestingly, a number of us were Hispanic Americans. The whole experience was extremely negative."

It could not be lowered towards the back, actually it has only the fixed position (all the way up). The lady from the seat before my wife's (31A) was lowering her seat ALL THE WAY. my wife protested, the crew tried unsuccessfully to adjust my wife's seat. Finally, instead of considering my condition and relocating us to some other seats (there were several free on this flight), the crew's lead stewardess (Friederich ?- I could not read the label, she kept it under her jacket) decided to upgrade that couple seats by moving them into the Business Class."
Plussat: "The crew was so pleasant, the seats reclined extremely comfortably, the TV and movie selection was great, the food service was prompt and I never felt like I was bugging them if you asked for something extra (not that you needed to ask cause they made frequent multiple trips down the aisles)"

The lovely Customer Service rep was so sweet and concerned about my health, answered all my questions about what to do if I needed to cancel, and told me to call back anytime for more help. Also the flight attendants remembered my food allergies and were very attentive on the flights."

Because the carry-on baggage had to be checked it took extra time to get my bag after the plane landed and my connecting gate was in terminal C (I arrived at terminal A), so I barely had enough time to get there, even when walking at full speed and not stopping once along the way. This was too short of a time between the two flights."

Also they said there would be someone outside the gate when we landed to help us figure out another flight if we were missing our connection and there was no one there. Had to go find a customer service desk. They did put us up in a hotel for the night but after 3 weeks abroad we were really looking forward to getting home. Also the landing was very rocky. I felt sea sick and a lady behind me was actually throwing up it was so rough."
Plussat: "Flight was operated by United Airlines. Easy boarding, friendly crew. Pillows, blankets, and headphones provided plus free house wine and beer as well as the usual coffee, tea, soda. Seatback video did not work for me, but I had no plans to use it as I needed to sleep on the flight. Excellent vegetarian dinner of vegetable korma, chickpeas and rice. Heated snack was not meatless, though, so as a Catholic flying on Friday had to pass."
Miinukset: "Vegetarian option (or meatless Friday option) for snacks as well as meals would be nice. They are in the process of changing to personal device entertainment, so seatback screen issue will not be a problem in the future."
Miinukset: "Entertainment seems like you have to pay for even basics. If you need to charge for movies domestically, fine, but even basic news or so timed out. Seats are tight (legroom). I am 6'2" and knees were against seat in front of me."

Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

If your offer is not accepted, you keep your seat and are not charged for bidding. I placed a bid for a nicer seat and was informed the day before the flight that my bid was rejected. But when the plane was boarding, I went to the man at the desk and asked if the plane was full. He informed me that it was not, and that I could pay roughly $300 for economy plus, or $1000 for business class. Online, I was ALLOWED to bid $200 for the economy plus seat. If they are going to reject this offer and then have the seat fly empty, they are a bunch of dicks. They had a chance for me to be a happier customer and to make more money. Now they lost both. What was also terrible is that when I family with an infant was moved up a few seats, I suggested to the lady next to me who wanted the newly vacant aisle seat that she ask the flight attendant for it. The flight attendant said it was fine. As the lady sitting next to me went to her her new seat, and old man from a few rows up took it. Another flight attendant had promised it to him. So, now the two of us are crammed, she's pissed that the seat she said she could have she couldn't, and I'm there like "My god, they wouldn't even take my money to let me have a nicer, EMPTY, seat." Poor communication, poorly run. Try another airline."

Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

Not bad in and of itself but they only gave me a few hours notice that my flight was changed (email sent at 1 AM on a 7 AM flight) and I lost my already paid for upgrade to premium economy. They couldn't find any record of me having purchased an upgrade when I went to check in on my 5+ hour flight."

Second, their seat recliners go so far back that you barely have space in front of you and can barely see your tv screen. On my previous flight I was in a row where there was no one in front of us so I didn't get to experience the recliner situation. Passengers on the plane were getting into fights. So bad."

I was surprised, normally they are always pleasant and smiling."
Miinukset: "Could not even PAY for an upgrade due to a meal request, even though I brought my own food - and would waive the meal request. Inedible vegetarian meals in flight. Earbuds didn't work. At least I had my own to use. Plane became stifling warm mid-way. Friendly flight crew does not make up for the terrible gate experience and inflight discomfort. SAS cares about profits not passengers. Plan to take another airline on future flights to Europe."

Plussat: "The crew was very professional, upbeat, and helpful. The newer seats allow for more legroom, and the selection of a wide variety of on-demand movies."
Miinukset: "The inability to easily view and choose a special meal is a recurrent issue with SAS - even when contacting the airline directly to rectify this issue, the ball was dropped on the return flight, and the crew scrambled to find a replacement meal. On-line boarding continues to be an issue for Green Card holders returning to the US - why not explain that one cannot pre-print boarding passes and instead must go to boarding pass issues-line as soon as one enters the airport."
Plussat: "It was the only non-stop flight for our needs. Timing was great too. It was nice to have 2 seats to ourselves."
Miinukset: "Going over our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We paid more for a non-stop flight we did not receive, lost wages because we both worked half-days to accommodate this flight departure time, and lost half a day of our trip. When we did fly on SAS to return, I found the service and amenities lacking. Why serve drinks well before your meal time and then not come back through with drinks again? Overall, it was not the best flight experience."
Plussat: "There seemed to be a little more leg room on this flight compared to the flight from IAD to CPH on 6/26/16."

Miinukset: "I arrived in Copenhagen with no ticket. I was unable to print my connecting ticket in Gdansk and the woman at the SAS counter in Gdasnk could not help me either. When I landed in Copenhagen, I had several hours before the next flight. I went through immigration and went to the SAS counter where my gate was. Woman told me I could not print the ticket there until an hour before the flight, but if I wanted to go back through immigration, I could get it printed there. I opted to just wait. One hour before the flight there was a huge line of people like me who had not tickets. I stood for about 30 minutes until I finally got it. Then flight was delayed an hour... Everyone was really nice and the flight was enjoyable, I just don't get what the heck is up with their ticketing system. Why can't I print a ticket at any SAS counter with printing capabilities? Why doesn't the phone app work? Why can I print connecting flights at kiosk?"
Plussat: "Overall the flight was ok."
Miinukset: "Each time I fly SAS, it seems that a service that was free must now be paid for."
Plussat: "The seats were comfortable and the leg room was enough. Nice selection of music and movies."
Miinukset: "My luggage was ripped open. The suitcase is damaged. Alcoholic drinks are not free(even on the international flight, which I never experienced). Trays with food stay forever on your table( slow service).on The 7hour long international flight you can hardly sleep because the food is at the awkward times and it's not cleaned up in forever afterwards. Not very friendly crew."
