An excellent property and amazing staff.. Staff!!! I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Michael (the receptionist). His cheerful smile for first instance made our day and we have felt that we are still at home. in addition to, his work dedication and professionalism. Also, the two gentleman who are serving at water slides pool bar (Ebaid and Mohamed) they are everywhere for providing assistance for everyone with a smily faces. Property!!! Perfect location! Just 5 mins walk from mamsha. Cleanliness of rooms, dinning areas and swimming pools was very noticeable. Food variety and taste was good. Finally! Property is lucky to gather all those amazing staff in one place. Well done!

This is my second stay in a 3 week period. Enjoyed it so much the first time I did a 10hr round trip drive to stay for a little longer. The staff at the hotel are so accommodating and the food is first class. An extra thanks to Omer and Mahmood in the restaurant who made our stay even better. Highly recommended this hotel to anybody wanting to visit.

Everything was simply perfect, starting with the Check in process, room selection, cleanness, COVID 19 precautions. Food Quality was perfect, especially lunch & dinner Snack bars quality is perfect Heated Pools, & aqua were great Animation team is very professional My Wife's birthday was during my visit, i asked to prepare a special Dinner, & they did it in a very professional way with no extra fees. Surely i will visit the Hotel again

The pools with the aqua park was great fun for the whole family. The room was spacious and clean. Very fast WiFi in the room. Food was delicious with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were so entertained throughout our stay. Overall great value for what we paid. Highly recommended.

Staff were very friendly and some were outstandingly helpful specially Michael from the reception, Corolos in the Orient restaurant and Mossad in Magic Flavors restaurant. Heated pool was very clean and nice, the beach was perfect, the rooms were very good. The food was good in all restaurants. I kept getting a daily call from management making sure I happy and offering if they can help in any way !!!

I'm taking a star off for the very slow WiFi connection in the hotel.

Overall, I like my stay...

The snacks was good and every where you go, you will find something to drink or something to eat for free. The Aqua park is amazing, and the staff are very friendly and collaborative. I asked them to make an exception for late checkout and they agreed to give me a shower room for free.

I did not like the cleaning guy, as he insisted sometimes to clean the room in inappropriate times for me.

Nothing the property was perfect. Staff was friendly and cooperative and the food was tasty. I have tasted the most delicious steak in sky restaurant. The animation team was creative and entertained me with wonderful games and dances.

It's our third visit 😄 everything is amazing , the hotel is very clean and has got all of the facilities to make your holiday enjoyable, heated pools and aqua park was very important in this time of the year, food was good at the main restaurant and we enjoyed our special meal at the roof restaurant that was very delicious and very high quality 😋 All the staff were brilliant 😊 and covid-19 regulations were followed and we were safe, Thank you ❤️ Hope I can be back soon 😃

I liked the friendly and helpful staff,also the spacious room as well as the quality and variety of the food was excellent for an all inclusive resort. My kids also had fun in the aqua parks there’s as well as the kids club and the play area,the resort is the ultimate destination for a family

Attentive stuff, top class resort, perfect for families. The star, for me was Michael at the magic pool bar, he was amazing at how he would know exactly when you needed a drink, whilst lounging by the pool.

The stuff is great and very professional. When we had a single tiny issue with the room service, the problem got resolved immediately. The stuff are extremely welcoming everyone and willing to help all the time. The quality of the facility is great and the Aqua is very entertaining for both children and adults aquas. The food quality is good and the children pool is heated. The lazy river is very good too.

The food variety was under expectations. The food quality is good but the variety wasn't specially in the lunch and the dinner.

WI fi, should reevaluate meals time,for example instead of 1 to 3 pm lunch the 7to 9 pm dinner it will be more convenient to be 2 ro 4 then 8 to 10, extend gym time an hour more

The resort is very nice the personnel at the reception are very cooperative specially Abanoub, the are many pools and the aqua park is fantastic for both adults and children. Food at the restaurants are delicious and rooms are clean. The location is great and near to many shops if you wannt to buy some souvenirs. The beach is nice.
