Miinukset: "The seats were so close. It was like riding on a transit bus. An 11 hour flight would be nice with just a few more inches between seats.. I don't expect real comfort in economy class but just two more inches would have been nice."

Plussat: "Movie options were good. Even though I didn't use it, they offer 2 checked bags for free in the economy class compared to the standard 1 that most airlines give."

Plussat: "short flight and actually given a light meal. That doesn't happen much anymore. Again, very courteous and helpful attendants."

Miinukset: "Hi, The flight was great. However my layover at airport lounge was long. I didn't like their (Turkish Business lounge)policy for not letting me have the room to sleep as the layover was more than 7hrs. I was told to ask for a hotel at reception. When i did, they said that they dont have any hotel inside and cant take me to ourside hotel too. The staff at reception of lounge was not courteous either. I only needed the room to sleep for 3 or 4 hrs. Anyway, the flight itself was great, no complaints"

Miinukset: "Customer service was very poor while we were struggling to get back to the US while the hurricane was coming to FL. We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."

Miinukset: "Customer service was bad when checking in, the flight left late from LAX, almost made us miss our flight from IST, my friend's luggage was lost."

Plussat: "Food was great. Crew was awesome. Quick boarding."

Miinukset: "Change fee was $1100.00 (that is eleven hundred dollars) for the return trip"

Miinukset: "We had to wait about one hour after sitting."

Miinukset: "Their service on ground needs a lot of work. From luggage check in to attitude of the staff is horrible. Specially in Turkey the service is so frightening that you hope you have your luggage and no need to go to find help. If you need help you are on your own. No one will take responsibility and help you."

Plussat: "There was a delay in take off over 54 minutes. We had only 30 minutes to catch the connection flight at Istanbul airport and no one guide us in the airport to which gate we have to go. It was very hard for my wife to run with me all the way to the next gate (she is diabetic)."

Miinukset: "I had to scramble to buy full fare tickets on Swiss air to get to LAX so we could make our connections. I am hoping someone will contact me as this is not acceptable"

Miinukset: "We end up spending almost 1,200 use extra to reach Washington and return to Yaounde."

Plussat: "Once on the plane everything was fine."
Miinukset: "My first flight was changed. Only one email was send about that change. It got lost in some other emails so I didn't see it. But I did not receive any other update or reminder. So I had figure out how to change all of my flights from there to Kansas in the States. All with bad internet service and unhelpful costomer service. And having to deal with two unexpected long layovers. All that to say, sending periodic emails is important especially if the flight had been changed."

Plussat: "The personal is always very very friendly."
Miinukset: "We did not have any TV"

Plussat: "Good food. Wide choice of beverages. Entertainment. Flight is only 1h 45min Departure on time."

Plussat: "DC to Istanbul: Good food and nice flight experience. Helpful staff were always ready to help. Istanbul to DC: clean, maintained aitcraft, nice crew, good food."
Miinukset: "DC to Istanbul: Broken bathroom lock. Not very clean aisles. Very few English speaking crew. Istanbul to DC: Ran out of second option lunch. This seem to happen frequently. Most of the crew members were strangely not around. This resulted in two overworked crew members and lots of trays sitting on our laps for sometime. I was curios what all the other ones were doing."

Plussat: "flight was exactly as scheduled, flight attendance were extremly helpful and polite, food was good."

Plussat: "The crew is very attentive, although at times lacks some foresight in dealing with passengers. The aircraft was quite new and clean. The entertainment system was outstanding and the food good, although a downgrade from THY experiences from a few years ago."
Miinukset: "The passengers on some Turkey--US flights are hilariously terrible. People getting up during landing, littering in the plane, clogging toilets, creating spills, NEVER listening to announcements made by the crew, etc. It's essentially a zoo. I sat by a bulkhead seat, and I had maybe 200 people push by my feet, step on them, knock around my shoes and TV console during the flight. It's a somewhat tiring spectacle for 10 hours on end."

Plussat: "All perfect this time. Food was so tasty as always:) crew is very kind."

Miinukset: "Pilot announces that we will land 15 minutes early and to buckle and prepare to land in about 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, we were still on air, no explanation given!"

Plussat: "Staff are very friendly and deliver very good service. Refilling of water could be better. Seat was very comfortable and it comfortable for sleeping when it is flat. The seat cover improves sleeping quality. Dinner was well prepared and tasty. Skip the fried eggs for breakfast - it is great that they offer them, but they don't come out well."

Plussat: "Nice food, movies to watch, direct flight on time, what else to ask for"

Plussat: "The plane is almost brand new. The service, the food and the crew were fantastic."

Plussat: "The service was outstanding, this is one of the best airlines I have ever flewn. Considering its elegancy and exquisite service. My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."
