Valverde Hotel

Everything! The hotel is so artistically and beautifully designed, none of which compromises the comfort. The service is unparalleled, with a staff that is friendly, courteous, and so helpful. Christelle and her amazing team at the front office were exceptional and the staff helping out with the delicious and plentiful breakfast were also superb. I hope to keep returning to this magnificent hotel every time I visit bela Lisboa. Obrigado!

no white noice machine or fan in room to drown out hallway noise. no hooks in bathroom to hang anything

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially Christelle, who took care of everything fir us. Rooms were great. Fado in the lovely restaurant was very special.

-The coffee in the room is not up to standard of the hotel. -Lighting needs to be stronger in the bathroom above the mirrors.
