Plussat: Friendly, quick and efficient crew! Great food too!! My favorite part when in Houston, Texas my starting point, was that I never had to do the self check in, y’all actually had “real” people going the job!!

Miinukset: Boarding in order, by the seat numbers. That’s the only thing y’all can improve on. It was my first time booking with Lufthansa, and I will definitely book with y’all again.

Plussat: The crew on this flight were excellent. Friendly and professional. Attentive and patient.

Miinukset: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people I know on different flights also have big complaints about the food.

Plussat: Easy boarding process

Miinukset: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Plussat: I missed my flight.

Miinukset: Helped me get a different flight. I got zero help getting another flight. Or any credit.

Miinukset: All of the less than good, obvious!

Miinukset: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Plussat: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Miinukset: Window did not darken like the others.

Miinukset: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Miinukset: The Premium Eco seats are a catastrophe. They don't recline: the seats only slide down slightly but the upper part of your body doesn't move much. This makes for a poor experience, especially on a night flight. Except if you need the extra width, Eco has better value.

Plussat: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.

Miinukset: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Plussat: Crew were very good.

Miinukset: No vegan food available.

Miinukset: There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy.

Plussat: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Miinukset: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Plussat: Crew is excellent, polite and personal!

Miinukset: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Plussat: Muslim food

Plussat: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Miinukset: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Miinukset: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.

Plussat: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Miinukset: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Miinukset: Food was so hot that it was difficult to remove the packaging to be able to eat the pasta.... Desert was ok, brownie was real hard and too sweet....

Miinukset: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Miinukset: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Miinukset: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Plussat: The crew and the food were great!

Miinukset: The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices.

Miinukset: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Plussat: Crew was ok, But seats so tight, Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seat, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Plussat: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Miinukset: Food a bit bland and uninspired

Miinukset: Quite narrow seats and seat pitch in economy, but the price was right. Poor quality seatback screens but a good selection of films and tv

Plussat: Loved the wine hour, location, access to bikes and lovely breakfast buffet! Service was super friendly, too.

Miinukset: I hate paying for water but I seem to do this all over town.

Plussat: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Miinukset: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Miinukset: Seat could have been more comfortable (it is thin) and more space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Miinukset: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Miinukset: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Miinukset: Lufthansa would not reschedule my flight to Rome on March 5th 2020 despite the fact that the CDC was at level 3 alert and telling all travelers to avoid the entire country of Italy. At the same time every public facility in Italy had already been closed. At the same time, AK Airlines in the United States is offering free cancellations of domestic flights and we hardly have the virus in country. Next year when I go to Rome, it will be with another airline that cares about people’s safety.

Plussat: Space, seats, movies.

Miinukset: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.
