A parking charge and parking tax were added to the bill without it previously being stated anywhere when booking.

We loved the swanky and relaxed atmosphere. We brought our kids and were worried it wasn’t going to be kid friendly. The staff was friendly and the pool was very inviting for us all.

Location was excellent and courtesy bus to Universal Studios was great and the driver excellent. Staff at check in was a robotic but all other staff were friendly and helpful.
All good, breakfast should be included in room rate.
