URSO Hotel & Spa

This was a fabulous hotel, the staff was kind and attentive, helped us pick a restaurant and coordinated the reservation. We also had a birthday during our accommodation, and the staff left a treat in our room as well as a kind note. We also arrived early from the airport and our room was ready. Additionally, they offered complimentary welcome drinks. Very lovely boutique hotel with pool/spa in the basement, as well as small fitness room. Would recommended this hotel many times over!

Staff were lovely and helpful. There was a building site opposite which spoiled the look of the area and a lot of graffiti.

beautiful hotel, front desk staff incredibly helpful. Spa facilities top notch and sparkling clean. Only (slight) disappointment was breakfast. Selection was small and staff not up to standard of front desk/housekeeping/spa personnel.

Breakfast staff needs more training to connect with guests. Restaurant space a little bit small and not comfortable, although the sky lighting was very pleasant.

Spa was closed for renovations would have been nice to know that before. Also website said reservations included free tickets to the Prado Museum. We had trouble booking online and instead booked via phone directly with the hotel. Therefore they refused to give us the Prado tickets because it was a web only promotion. Terrible way to treat guests.

Welcoming staff, efficient handling of luggage, efficient car valet service, spacious room, good beds, fantastic spa area, general friendliness and helpfulness of staff (nothing was too difficult).
