Modern and sleek lobby, eventually received free wifi after talking to front desk

Bed was too firm- like sleeping on hardwood. Bathroom was impossible I take a shower without the floor becoming soaked. The location was convenient for the train, bus station and airport but an otherwise unremarkable and undesirable location for siteseeing

The bathroom was quite lovely, and there were some nice touches to the room overall. It was comfortable, but nothing special.

We were told our room came with a king-size bed, but instead we got two pushed-together doubles. The bathroom sink plug was broken. Front desk staff seemed pre-occupied and weren't very helpful or interested in their jobs.

Check in was very easy, although slightly out of the main drag of things, but we only choose this for its closeness to the port

There could perhaps have been reference to where the breakfasts were held. We were not told this at checkin and only by following another guest.
