The Palms Hotel & Spa

Erinomainen aamiaisbuffet, tyylikäs sisustus, toimiva wifi, viihtyisä ravintola, hieno piha/uima-allas alue ja välittömästi uimarannan lähellä. Lisättynä hyvällä ja ystävällisellä palvelulla.

Yksi hissi oli epäkunnossa, joka aiheutti heti satunnaisia ruuhkia. Oletettavasti korjaantuu tämä murhe kohtuu nopeasti. Aamiaiselle joutui jonottamaan, mikäli ei ennen yhdeksää ehtinyt paikalle.

I booked this hotel based solely on previous reviews. I was looking for a quick getaway. The property is absolutely beautiful. The lobby area is very inviting. The bar and sitting areas around the bar are inviting and comfortable. This hotel gives you a whole island vibe. If you wanted to go off and sit alone, there are a few places that you can go to get some quiet time. The outdoor areas are lush, green and relaxing. I didn't spend time at the pool, because I love the beach and the beach is beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the beach closed on day 4 of my arrival. I checked out of my hotel early and was told I would receive a refund for the rest of the days that I had booked. Stay tuned. Very friendly staff, from the lobby personnel, to the restaurant staff, pool bar staff and beach staff.

Breakfast staff was a bit slow. Everything else was great!

The room was clean and comfortable. The food was great. The amenities were wonderful!
