Great staff, they made arrangements to pick us from the airport and provided tours to visit all of Michoacán. Love the hotel, right in the middle of downtown Morelia.

The service at the restaurant, the food was good but the service was very slow I felt that they forgot about me I had to get up to ask for more coffee and we only got one menu for two people

The wi-if did not work the whole time we were there on any of our 4 devices. Staff kept providing the same instructions for log on, which did not work. Staff were polite but not overly concerned with fixing. I am glad I am retired and did not need to do any important online work or activity while I was there.
