Convenience, location business center and staff Comforter on beds, seems outdated
Location, water parks and access to the ocean was good The service was poor from day 1 till I got home and is still poor. Day 1 - dirt or something around the toilet and tissue roll was broke. Fan above stove broke. broken knife in drawer. gave knife to lady who cleans rooms says not my job. day 2 - Called about fan - still no knife returned -no one showed to fix fan- elevator stopped working, stuck on 3rd floor day 3 - called again about fan and knife - no one cleaned room called for towels twice had to go get towels from main desk. got knife around 4pm day 4 - no one cleaned room again, called about fan, now someone shows late that day. day 5 check out, daughter left phone, called at 2 spoke to a fairly rude female, who showed no concern with taking my name or number and said some might call me tomorrow. called back at 6:30 and spoke to a very rude female who tried to hang up after saying the cleaning people went home at 4. I told here I called over 4 hours ago, she looked it up and said they found it but the lost and found person is gone and want be back till Wednesday and there is nothing that anyone can do. So I am still waiting to get my babies phone back.
close to the ocean, pools, beach access, in room dining. Only Timeshare owners could park at the hotel, everyone else has to park of site and walk. $15 resort fee
On the beach The entire hotel was Filthy and smelled horrible
Walking in to the hotel, we were immediately greeted by Cheryl who did everything possible to make our stay a time to be remembered. She was extremely friendly and helpful. You do pay for a traditional breakfast in the morning.
Nothing, place is extremely dirty and run down. Place is run down and filthy. People smoking weed by the pool. Hotel is ghetto fabulous
Got a side room with an ocean view. Pillows were flat. Had to use two and still wasn't thick enough. The beds weren't comfortable. No chairs on the balcony. The parking deck next door is really loud. Kept waking me up.
Nothing It smells bad also in my room it smelt like someone pooped in the kitchen. The couch bed smells bad and it has bed bugs i felt one on me.. There is mold all around the room the bathroom is dirty and icky
Cleanliness easy access to places Didn't have enough towels
Beachfront... That's it... The carpet was so dirty that within ten minutes walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were dirty. Cabinet veneer was peeling off so much that my baby was able to pick pieces off. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling which indicated there was prior water damage and still moisture in the walls. There was mold under the caulk in the shower that you can tell they tried to cover up. The sink faucet had so much mold and gunk build up that the meta was peeling. The front staff were rude. DJ was playing music downstairs (which was his job so no big deal) but the location of the speakers with the hotel, the sound was so loud that on the 14th floor I was able to hear every word clearly. Not a place for young children that need to sleep (I had a ten month old with me). I will never stay at that place again and advised everyone I know not to go as well.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Each one introduced self, and offered to help, if needed. CLEAN rooms, not smoked in. Great parking. Level area to roll luggage from parking to elevator. GREAT BREAKFAST, and excellent coffee 24/7. Knew area and knew of events and helped when needed. Good view of ocean from balcony. Close to good beach access. Away from crowd down near boardwalk, in middle of town. Close access to services and venues. Safe r/t quiet neighborhood. Only one thing, which we expected, because it is MB on a Sat. night....loud noise of motors, and folks up/down streets r/t it being a Sat. night in MB, late into night, ie; 3 a.m..
Staff was friendly, room itself was decent but this was by far the noisies hotel I have ever stayed at. Cars and motorcycles were so loud and people outside were yelling at each other all night. We were on the 4th floor and could hear peoples' conversations from the street below. Noise level
It was a great hotel for its price , great location, friendly staff and quick check ins . Me and my boyfriend loved it overall and will be returning very soon.
Location; right on the beach, could walk out the door and walk across the parking lot to the beach Cleanliness & efficiency; lightbulb was out, dirty walls, holes, bugs
It was close to the beach (not directly on it) but only a 2 minute walk max. The rooms were pretty clean, just old. Our room had kitchenette with a full size fridge. Close to shopping, entertainment and lots of food. I thought the beds were comfy, my gf didnt like that there was plastic wrap under the sheets tho. Sleep number beds (would have been great if they worked). Overall not bad for a single night stay on a budget. In a shady area. We were a little worried staying out too late. Parking is kind of a mess. Our reservaition was for a King room. And it clearly showed that on our reservation email, however, in their system it showed that it was an economy queen room, which was priced way less than what i had paid. The front desk lady was very nice, but could not change the room due to it being booked 3rd party. Couldn't get Sleep number beds to work. Will most likely pay a little more and stay across the street on the beach for our next visit.
Proximity to ocean access Parking along street blocks larger vehicles from maneuvering out of spaces against hotel.
