It was bit far out off the way Some off staff weren’t very friendly and not very helpful

When we stayed here 2 years ago we commented that the hotel needed refurbishment. This has not been done and now needs it even more. Overall decor was dingy. Poor lighting throughout. Heating not working. Restaurant/bar understaffed. One of two lifts seemed to have a problem carrying more than three persons. Banging in corridor on first day and leak dripping in corridor. In room coffee making facility had no milk (apparently not supplied). Used coffee cups not washed/replaced when room was cleaned until we complained.

there are one market, one local restaurant, two amazing coffee shop and one chinese shop nearby. the location is perfect for me- walk-distance to Univ.Porto faculties where I studied in these days, and 20min bus to city center. I was put in 6th floor at road side, but it didn't bother much. I didn't notice any noisy from inside or outside. breakfast is good. the reception desk is very helpful. I always found support there about anything. A good experience here. I have had to change booking date twice online. because of your kind assistance, everything was going well. thanks.
