Beach was nice. Room was nice. Food options not good. Wine was not drinkable. Had to order wine at diners at exorbitant prices.

All the staff was extremely friendly and eager to make your stay amazing. The restaurant choices were good too, our favorite was the Spain theme one and our server was the best.
The first three nights we got there our dinner reservations were extremely late 10:30 PM. We were there for five nights so on the second day we booked the remaining 3 nights for an earlier dinner. It seems like as soon as you check in you have to go make dinner reservations for the whole week, Availability is very limited, and you may not get to try out the restaurants you want because they’re all booked.

Our stay was amazing! The people at the resort made our stay super! The bartenders were fun, the women in the daycare were very nice, I felt safe leaving my kids there. Our kids had fun staying behind while we enjoyed our time at the adult pool. I really liked that they don't keep the children indoors at the daycare, with permission they take the kids outside in the sand play area and also to the pool/water. Everyone else was friendly, beyond accommodating and welcoming. Food and drinks were great! The resort alone is beautiful. Our kids loved the shows they had at night. I really loved that the resort really caters to all ages for entertainment and water activities. We are definitely returning back!
Only thing I would have liked was wifi in the rooms or around the pool areas/bars so that we were able to share our pictures and videos to family and friends to show what a good time we were having. Other than that, everything was great!!!

We thought the beach at resort was nicer than the resorts nearby. The beach crew does an excellent job keeping beach clean!
