Our butler, Valentin, was extremely helpful. Food was also great.

Wifi in the room was often unreliable. At the same time, it worked perfectly on the beach. :)

All pools are great, rooms are very clean and beautiful, staff is friendly, kind and it looks like they enjoy in their job and this brings very good atmosphere. Two the best options and choices I have made are the Swim-Out Room with the ocean view and also the Diamond club (it’s just perfect). They also clean the beach, which is stunning. The food is perfect. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The guys at the resort trying to sell you stuff, that was annoying! You get approached about 10-15 times a day, they all around the place!

Everything and everyone were excellent. The hotel are very very clean. Every day you can see the staff that are cleaning or touching up somewhere or taking care about grass, trees and etc. If you are going to this hotel choose the Diamond club, it worths it. First of all you will get VIP checking in in the conditioned Diamond club lounge with own snack bar. Ambar at the reception are so helpful and friendly. She made our staying there very comfortable. And also you will get your own butler. We had the best of the best butler whose name are Angelo. He comes every day even if we don’t have any questions to him. He is very courteous and polite. WiFi is excellent too. It works everywhere even if you are at the aqua park. Everything is close to each other, which is good if you have small kids. Also canopy at the beach is soft, comes with mattress and cushions. I were strolling to the both sides from our beach and could compare our beach and service too. Briefly my family and I enjoyed in staying at the Royalton Punta Cana. It worths it. Thank you very very much

I can not say that I did not like pastry and cakes at all, but I think that resort needs to upgrade their pastry products. It grieves me to look at sweetness which are being waisted.

Very nice place to stay. Good food. Good service. People at the buffet were excellent, Ramon and Gustavo the Supervisors, Carlos, Pedrito, very friendly, nice people. The fitness Instructor Quandher awesome! Nice Bootcamp and Zumba classes.
