Good value. Large comfortable rooms/suites. Resort fees!
We really liked that it offered everything and you really had no need to leave the hotel The restaurant was not that great and wayyyy overpriced!
Close to attractions They charge an extra fee if you use one of their services. We were charged $22.44 just because we ate at one of the restaurants.
Kid friendly, great pool, nice layout of room Shower did not drain properly
Our family loved staying here!! We stayed one night when we first arrived in Orlando and then stayed at another resort hotel down the road due to a conference. As soon as the conference was over at the other hotel, we rushed back to Caribe Royale because we loved the King Suite room! Great space and there was also privacy because a door divides the living area from the sleeping area. Our family loved the pool areas too. Fun slide! Customer service was great and the price was affordable. We will stay at Caribe Royale again when we visit Orlando.
Hotel Room and Ammenities. Room service from the hotel was perfect! Excellent food for a great price. Staff was super friendly and made sure our stay was great. Intersection getting to the hotel was very difficult to get thru. The beers at the bar were really overpriced, and the front desk took forever to pickup.
The pool area very nice view . Breakfast buffet is excellent. Convenient to all parks. Lack of parking no valet parking not enough chairs at the pool pool over crowded no adult area at the pool. Rooms are noisy. Kids could be heard running up and down the hallways at all hours of the night.
As a traveling business man, I've stayed in many hotels, this was one of the best experiences my wife and I have had. We will come back for another visit. Could use help with loading and unloading travel bags and such. We called for baggage service and they never came to assist us.
Very clean! You could hear everything from the rooms next to you.
Excellent Service, Clean, and beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
The whole experience
Good location, with nice rooms. There're is no shuttle to the airport, A one way taxi ride was something like $50. So I ended up renting a car.
Very convenient location with shuttle e bus to the parks. Clean nice room, has everything you need for the stay, yet sleek and affordable. Love the retro look! Cant be happier!
The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked how they had transportation to and from Universal. Since our room was all the way at the end of the hallway, it took so long to get to our room because the hotel is so big.
It has a great location and the theme is cute Nothing works in this hotel and the staff are rude. Fridge doesn't work, hot water doesn't work, heater is intermittent. The tiny windows don't open so the room is very stuffy. The beds and linens are not hotel quality. There are many many hotel choices in Orlando. One can get a much better room than this for the money and pass on their rude staff.
The Cabana Bay was everything you look for in a theme park hotel: super convenient, great pool, with on-site cafeteria and souvenir shops. The park shuttle bus came by every few minutes and the ride was quick. The lazy river at the Continental/Americana pool requires you to buy inner tubes, which only got a couple of uses from us. it would be more efficient to allow guests to borrow them.
This place is way more than a hotel! It was a vacation in and of itself. We would love to go back and spend more time there! Nothing
Overall this was a great place! I was disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned until 5:00 pm. We came back from the park to take a dip in the pool before dinner and housekeeping was still in our room at 5:00. Very late in my opinion.
friendly, helpful staff with lots of amenities hotel didn't include express pass
The theme was interesting and was somewhat identical, the main area of the souvenir shop, Starbucks, bowling area was really nice but that's about it. The quality of the food was awful, would not call any staff member a cook, service was slow without a smile, towels by the pool laying on the floor everywhere, walk ways with many towels laying everywhere, plastic cups thrown on the floor, the usage of illegal marihuana was smelled by elevators at my building the Americana and hallways were filled with trays of dirt and smelly old so called food. Will never return here
The theme of this property is really fun. From the lobby, to the pool, food court and rooms. We love staying here. Never have to wait long for a bus to the parks. My husband uses a scooter and everyone is always very helpful. I can't wait to go back. It's very comfortable with plenty of places to relax. Our last night there they were playing movies by the pool. So much fun!!!! This is very minor, but I dislike the bedding. They use a flat sheet instead of a fitted. This complaint seems silly (even as I type it) but it was uncomfortable at 2 a.m. after a very long day at the park. But I love everything else about this property.
Shuttle's to the parks. Staff friendly and an easy checkout. Rooms are very clean and had great big windows with beautiful natural light coming in. No problems.
The lazy river was the most relaxing, after a day out. Buses to the Universal parks was handy. Nice looking hotel inside and outside. Security patrol on the parking lot at night time. Had to buy the tubes for the lazy river, or bring your own. Staff just doing their job, but not make you feel welcome. There is no parking space available, when you check in or out, unless, you get lucky and find one, before someone else takes the short term spot. No business centre, been told at the desk, it's not a business hotel. All I wanted is to print out my boarding pass. Lucky, a lady on vacation, told me, the guys booking transportations, they willing to help, if I ask them nice, which they did. Not returning here any more, didn't make me happy and welcome. I can get that in any other cheaper hotel.
The atmosphere is exciting! There is an extra charge for parking. It would be more convenient to pay one fee. It just seems ridiculous to pay $12 for parking for a $200 room.
The resort was very nice. Great for the family with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The staff was great and having 2 pools was nice as well. The shuttle service to the parks was great, and very convenient. No complaints about our stay at all.
Big, comfortable beds. Lots of space for the whole family.
We liked the facilities and spaciousness of the apartment. Not enough beds around the pool and very noisy room.. it would put us off staying here again..non stop traffic noise from the road, construction work from the side and the wind howling through the windows and door. Requested a quiet room near our friends (6 mos ago) but they were in a separate block. Staff at reception did not care, and this would stop us going back.
Floridays was the perfect family resort. Everything we needed was right on hand and if not then the extremely friendly staff would help. Shuttles to and from the theme parks were great and very well organized. The pool was great for kids big and small and was heated too so you could jump right in. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. The resort is one of the further away from the parks but that didn't really bother us. There aren't many restaurants within waling distance and the pool cafe food was a little disappointing and on the expensive side.
The room was exellent. We didnt like the attitude af the staff in the reception. They seems as "i dont care". A smile would have helpt a bit ..... try that next time .....
the room hard to find the hotel. The address they give is unkown by people from this area.
pool, game room
Two bed rooms, pool, bathrooms. Air conditioning very hard to operate- too complex !
Clean, affordable, great pool area. Pleasantly surprised. WiFi was very spotty.
service was great, clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean locations
Staff response time was extremely good. Poolside grill...didn't eat anything but the smells were wonderful. Option of Starbuck's in lobby area. Could hear every other guest if loud at all (which is the case with any hotel/motel/resort). Floors were very dirty/stained...walked in sock feet for only a few minutes and socks were black.
Extremely clean cool pool scene in the center of all the action great location excellent price cheap for what you get nothing
The concierge service was excellent. Nice, clean pool and area. Good food. Friendly staff. The WiFi didn't work most of the time.
Overall everything very nice. Family friendly, clean, room nice size and staff very nice. Pool gates hard to open and loud.
Place was OK. We were surprised at check-in with a $10 resort fee that was not included with our Kayak booking. The fee covers things that should be included with the room rate (like use of the pool, exercise room, and internet), and which we didn't even use because we were only there overnight. Aside from that, rooms were noisy because hotel is right next to the highway. It is a 5-story walk-up with no elevator, so don't bring too much luggage. Rooms and facilities are dingier than they appear online. The place is not horrible, but there are better places to stay in the area in the same price range (especially after adding the resort fee).
Avanti was a good value for the price. It has the basics for a hotel -- clean room, good sized room, large pool and jacuzzi. The staff (when you can find them) are quick to provide the requested services. Avanti skimps on services that make a hotel into a resort. There is no attendant in the pool area and the soiled towels and empty cups are left among the scattered chaise lounges. This disarray turns the entire pool area into an eyesore. The 4 pool gates are annoying loud and I suggest asking for a room that does not overlook the pool or is away from the gates.
Was over all a nice hotel The outside looked crappy but inside and the pool was nice Found a cockroach at checkout
The AC was a bit noisy but not bad. Needs better movie channels.
Good location Free wifi Great customer service No free breakfast Bad coffee Not very clean Only one elevator per building and very cramped
The pool was nice. Great walking distance to shops and restraunts. The bathrooms were a little small. The gate entrances to the pool were loud when they slammed shut.
Everyone from the front desk (Deon) to housekeeping (Marie) staff was very helpful, kind, and good humored. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. And the decor and artwork really were all in good taste. My stay was too short!
- Great front office staff - Excellent concierge - very fast elevators - The coffee in the room was great - TV in mirror was great (yet it did not change channels or volume correctly) - housekeeping evening service was excellent when I called for more water and coffee - comfortable bed - fast operator responses and efficient over the phone - centrally located near OCCC. A lot of walking is needed as the area is massive - Great restaurants near-by - beautiful pools yet the weather was unfortunately too cold to swim - Took a long time to get hot water in the shower during my 4 days stay. - Bathroom cleanliness was not the best I have seen. I always noticed an odor and felt it was not fresh and fully sanitized - The TV in the mirror did not work correctly and seemed to hang up when i try to change the channel or raise the volume - I had mold in the shower grout, yet this was fully cleaned on the 3rd day I was there. - safe battery was weak and barely opened to get my stuff out. Then it did not work afterwards. - TV had an issue and did not work on my 3rd night. I called it in yet I did not get a tech within 50 minutes to fix it and i had to sleep in the afternoon before going out. When I returned late at night the TV was fixed. .
Great accommodations, room was large and clean, staff was very helpful, and several food option at the hotel. Parking was expensive and walk to car was a bit far but was expected.
I believe her name was angelica at the front desk she was so knowledgable and extremely kind! Made checking in easy and painless. The resort few that was not mentioned in the third party booking. Which the staff advised to book through the hotel next time.
Staff was very knowledgeable and veryhelpful. Room was dusty on the counter tops and desk. A bit of a surprise. there were other pieces of debri around, but not really bad, just surprising from other trips staying at Hyatts.
Cost for parking (non-valet) was extreme... about as much as the theme parks. Was not amused that cost was hidden when booking, almost 20% of the cost of the room. room & facility was clean and professionally run.
The location is near everything you could imagine.
That hotel is definitely a good choice while staying in Orlando for a few days. Not many restaurants around the hotel.
It is a nice property and we really liked the pool area. When we checked in our first room smelled like old dirty fish. They moved us to another room and the AC unit was leaking into the carpet. This cause the carpet to wet and moldy and also smelled terrible. We ordered room service one night and when they knocked we said "one sec" and when we got the door he left and took the food with him and had to go hunt him down.
The hotel room was good with most amenities provided. The swimming pool was large enough for adults and families with kids to enjoy within the same facilities. Despite all the good qualities, this hotel experience was ruined by the nightly resort fee of $20 charged during checkout. As far as I read during the booking process and the Terms and Conditions, this nightly resort fee is not mentioned anywhere, and guests believe that the amount that they pay through online booking sites are the total mandatory fees, with only optional incidentals charged during checkout. This is deceitful to the guests. Either include the resort fee in the upfront charges or state that this charge is mandatory and will be applied during checkout.
great room, excellent technology. resort fees and the parking fees were way high. $18 to self park $27 to Valet
Location, fitness center, quiet for sleeping, concierge lounge staff always excellent Inconsistent service, changes in amenities that weren't disclosed, communication issues between different areas of the hotel, when issues raised, staff didn't do anything
Excellent value !!
the view the courtisy
Close Access to all attractions The daily $4.50 charge should be more transparent. Was not on website and was not sure why it was mandatory. If everyone has to pay it then include it as part of the room price.
We decided to stay one extra night and made the arrangements the night before directly with the hotel. However on the next day at about 4:40pm we had to leave, and asked the hotel manager if we could get charged only 50%. She said it was not possible. That was surprising considering check-in is usually at 4pm and they could have easily charged us 50% of the rate from the night before or 50% of the rate of the extra night that we did not end up staying, yet paying full rate.
The location The concession is pricy
The building looked nice and new but there's rooms were anything but... The staff was really nice. The beds were pretty small
I liked the that it was in a location where there were a lot of things to do close. Also, the manager jnesa was attentive and understanding to my not so good experience. One of the staff members, From the name he had on his badge was Orlando, but it also said Music under that name, was not the most pleasant when I arrived. Then, our room had the toilet broken so we had to call the office that same night we arrived twice and it still was broken because the toilet chain inside kept falling, the phone inside the room wasn't working, they brought another one and it still the connection wasn't working at all, there were roaches in the room, the walls had a couple of dents and cracks, when I went to press "sleep" on the tv's control, instead of setting up the sleep mode, it would take me to an adult channel which I did not want to even see that, the beds were small and the door in the bathroom would be so close to the toilet that would rub my legs when I had to close it.
Pretty environment Not a single breakfast.
The hotel ran out of parking spaces one night of our stay due to guests parking across multiple spaces and asked us to park in a handicap accessible parking space (we are not disabled and do not have a hangtag on our vehicle). The hotel refused to find alternate parking and refused to enforce its policy that guests could not take up multiple parking spaces with one vehicle. Staff was incredibly rude about this and insisted that it was better to use the accessible space and prevent its use by persons who needed it than to wake up a guest who had violated hotel parking policy. When I insisted that I would not park there staff became very rude and dismissive. I ultimately had to squeeze my car in between two cars violating the parking policy and risk damage to my property to avoid breaking the law with respect to the accessible parking.
I liked the location, and the price. This hotel is showing it's age. Elevators are slow, and noisy. My grandson wanted to swim in the pool, Monday morning, but it was dirty, full of duck feces, and I would not let him. I checked out at 10:00 am, in time to see the hotel's pool guy show up.
The rooms are great, spacious, very comfortable beds and bedding. Location is right down the street from Universal. The breakfast is also top notch. Parking is kinda tough because a lot of folks don't adhere to the 1 car per room rule. But the front staff and security are very friendly and helpful in trying to help with this.
Nice staff Iffy restaurant
Our stay was comfortable and the location was great. We were so happy that express passes for the parks were included with our stay -- they made a huge difference.
Location is great. Short walk to Universal/City Walk. Staff was helpful. Beautiful hotel lobby and grounds. Room was unimpressive for the price, and not very clean. Found hair in the sheets. Service/food in restaurants was subpar.
The unlimited express passes, convenience, responsive, water taxi service.
The service and the club level. Could've stayed in a bigger room.
Liked the Lakehouse restaurant and the pool area. Shuttle to parks was good also. Didn't like moving rooms twice during our two week stay. Once for a strange loud tapping noise that would wake us up and the other was when the room was infested with tiny ants. Yuck! Very little care or compensation for our problems. Also had a horrible experience at the spa, which the spa and hotel did nothing about. Went in for a relaxing pedicure and came out with cut toes and paying for "extras" they didn't mention would be extra...like taking off my old polish. Won't go back to that spa again.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. LiActivities offered were abundant; food and drink were good; especially liked the convenience of the club room for snacks and drinks throughout the day. We were accommodated with early check-in, which we really appreciated. Grounds were kept beautifully; felt like an island resort at times. First-rate place Lines at check-out; need to travel off-site to shower and change after spending check-out day at the resort. When various fees were added on to the bill (club room, resort fees, etc), place was pricey
When the front desk found out it was our wedding night, they upgraded us for free to a 2-story suite with a outdoor patio at the very top of the hotel. There was a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us. They were unbelievably nice. Best hotel experience ever!!!
Getting nickel and dimed for parking & breakfast at $25/ each significantly increased the cost of a daily stay. I make over a million $ a year and have been to the hotel several times, but the silly expensiveness makes me sure to avoid another stay.
The bar near the lobby was open to the pool guests, so all night families were walking through the dining area, specifically the door closest to the bar, while people were dining and it was distracting, and very loud. Perhaps the door nearest the bar should be locked. There were at least 2 to 3 other entrances to the lobby/ dining area to be utilized. Otherwise, a great experience!
Nothing Room not ready at check in time Housekeeping not doing their job, need to hire and fire. No water bottles one day, no shower rug, This is the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at.
My family and I had a blast at the Grand Cypress. The grounds are fantastic with plenty to do for all ages. There was only one person at the front desk when we arrived at 3pm and it took over 15 minutes to tend to the couple in front of us.
The grounds are spectacular - lush greenery and foliage, variety of flowers, manicured -they must have a team of scientists and gardeners to plan the landscaping year round. All amenities are included -bikes, climbing wall, sailing, kayaking. 24-hour pool and hot tub are a huge bonus, especially after a day and night of disney. The staff is equally incredible throughout the hotel. St. Augustine has been my favorite local weekend get-away, but now the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is IT! It may just win the competition between any of the Disney parks or just a relaxing, but activity filled day at the hotel for the best day of your vacation too! Breakfast buffet ($22) is great too - seems pricey, but the options are high end from ham, bacon, prosciutto, salami, variety of cheeses, sausages, yogurts, fruits ( melons and berries), pastries, artisan breads, omelets, oatmeal, boxed cereals, and then the usual scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffles, etc. Other food and grocery store options are literally within 5 miles. Room has "cool box" (small refrigerator without freezer) that keeps soda cold. $17 parking.
Very beautiful and quiet. Pool is large enough that we were apart from everyone and had some good quiet time. Very delicious frozen drinks on demand at the pool bar. Love the macaw "lobby ambassador!" Super awesome breakfast buffet with anything you can imagine. Decor felt a little bit dated in places but was not awful. Shuttle to universal Orlando was about a half hour.
"On the rocks" was phenomenal. Screaming children Game room was lacking the bed was uncomfortable
Room was not ready at 4:00 p.m. check in time. Wasn't ready until about 10:00 p.m.. Housekeeping staff not consistent in cleaning and restocking items in rooms, being I had two rooms. Need to hire better workers One of the worst Hyatt hotel I stayed at. Very disappointing.
We stayed when we arrived on a evening flight before going on a cruise. The staff was friendly, room was clean, and everyone was very helpful.
This will now be my go-to hotel for any travel from MCO. Super convenient...5 stars! Nothing!
I love how personable the staff wise they were very helpful and attentive to my needs. Everything was great but my room Was stuffy
Very nice facilities and convenient for airport travel Loud plumbing noise up on 9th floor we needed to switch rooms because it kept my wife up all night the first night.
Liked everything except breakfast. Breakfast was cold. Was there at 6:30am opted for faster Buffett and all food in the warming tray was cold. They are warming trays not cookers! Other than that hotel was great.
Location. Room was updated and clean. Came in very early morning. Staff less than friendly but not mean.
Great location, right inside airport terminal
Room was really clean and well kept. Too noisy but nothing to do with the hotel itself.
Hotel very Nice and confortable.
I liked how friendly the staff was, and how convienent the hotel is.
The ease of just going downstairs and getting in line for security.
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff! The shower leaked and it's not a cheap hotel
Nice hotel, comfortable beds and v helpful staff. Restaurants were v expensive
Very friendly staff, enjoyed restaurant options both at Waldorf and Hilton next door (also liked the golf cart to taxi us back and forth). The pool was amazing- attentive staff, family friendly, very relaxing/luxurious.
I fell in love of the landscape., so lovely.. Maybe a twist in the interior design. A little bit more contemporary.
Very clean hotel, excellent and friendly staff. Overall great experience. Close to Disney. Price
Extremely quiet and confortable. Size of the rooms. Outside snack/restaurant service on the balcony overlooking the pool was far too slow. Same for breakfast service when not in "buffet" formula (outisde week end).
Leaving! Don't Stay! Not much class just a dirty standard room you can get just about anywhere for much less and still be around Disney property. Oh and the beds are a joke... Worst Mattress Award. Over priced parking and was told that is a major hike to self parking (which is $10 less) but it is in fact about 5 minutes to the front doors. If you are hoping to stay in class you might want to consider the Hilton that is attached for a better stay (I was they last year). I would rate Waldorf Astoria a standard 3 Star Hotel.
The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. The staff were nice. Our room was very neat when we arrived. The A/C in our room was set to 65 the entire stay and the coldest it got down to was 74. Something is obviously wrong with the A/C. Not all the channels on the TV were watchable. The HBO channels said "no signal". The parking situation is a joke. You have two choices: pay $30 for valet parking or self park for $20. Those are your only two choices. They then add on a $30 resort fee. Also plan on paying for EVERYTHING!!!!! I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee and was told a CUP of coffee was $6!!!!!!! I'm sure there are other extra charges that I just didn't see but either way, the ones I listed were enough to annoy me.
Nice and pretty new Hotel. We could sleep well, too soft matters apear not orthopedics....after one night we decided to moved to other hotel....
The hotel was clean, beautiful, perfectly located and top notch in every possible way. The only thing that out shined the hotel amenities was the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation special. The staff always greeted me by name from the first day I arrived. I also want to thank Steve (bell hop) for providing exceptional service and making me and my daughter feel like we were the only guests staying at the hotel. I can't say thank you enough. Rachel (server) was another wonderful staff person who went out of her way to make us feel like special guests. Thank you for helping create a lasting memory of a wonderful vacation!
Sijainti hotellilla on hyvä.
The atmosphere was beautiful. All staff and services were amazing. Dominic at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well designed. Parking is $20 but it's not too bad considering how affordable the hotel is.
Everything. Staff, cleanliness, spectacular room accommodation, food, pool. 5 stars from us. Will be back next month. Nothing
Staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. It also had one of the best hotel gyms and pools. Rooms prices were very affordable. The hotel restaurants were expensive and they charge you alot for parking.
The water park was amazing, the rooms we luxurious and clean!!! This will be where me and my family stay every time we visit Orlando!!! The price was good as well!! There was nothing to not like!!
Very clean !!! Very good customer service Lily Parrish
Gentlemen at front desk remembered us from a previous visit . Personal service.
The staff that greeted us upon arrival was pleasant and welcoming. Some were knowledgeable and were able to give us accurate advice and information regarding the hotel and surroundings. The room was clean and the daily service was good. Our conference box lunches were adequate...the cookie in our box lunch was outstanding! There is a $20 fee per day for the shuttle to Disney theme parks plus other amenities like in-room wifi. However, with our conference ending at 4:30 each day, there was no shuttle to take us to the Disney theme parks. Therefore, we had to use a taxi as our only mode of transportation to and from the parks. This became quite costly (approx. $70 per day). Once at a Disney park, you could use the various buses and the monorail to go between parks and Downtown Disney. However, we were quite disappointed that the Renaissance did not offer more options for their shuttle service in the afternoon. When trying to figure out our best options for transportation, the staff at the front desk was not always consistent in their answers and some were absolutely inaccurate.
The staff was great - from the valet, to front desk, to concierge and housekeeping. Lounge and restaurant (buffet breakfast was GREAT) drinks, food and service were top notch. We found everything clean, well-stocked, and in good condition. Very comfortable beds, linens, and nice towels. Room was very quiet, even though it was close to the elevators. Free valet parking for our Hybrid car, too! The A/C didn't quite do the job - it never did get down to the thermostat temp of 72 - although it indicated it was. We then set it to 65, but it never got any cooler. Had we stayed another night, we would have asked that it be addressed. In room coffemakers - inconveniently placed on a bottom shelf of the TV cabinet. On/off switch was broken. Two creamers that barely turned the coffee a different color - surely could be better on that front.
I like everything the dcoration the atmosphere the personal was very profesional The parking access to the building
Beautiful property, great staff, and I did enjoy getting to take a dip in the pool at the end of a long day, since it's open until midight! $15 per day for spotty WiFi is terrible for a business traveler. I'm a Marriott Rewards member and so told WiFi was only free if I booked directly through Marriott - but you don't always have control over these things when you're booking business travel. Very little in the area - Sea World across the street, but just a 711 and Bonefish grill in the area and VERY DARK sidewalk and parking lot make it clear this is not an area for pedestrians. Seemed a great fit for families, with the water park, but as someone in town for a conference, it didn't offer anything to make me a repeat customer.
Friendly staff, very nice hotel, great food, nice pool, 20.00 resort fee per day very worth it. Walking distance to Seaworld and Aquatica. Nothing....liked everything
Staff are wonderful, specifically at the Mist, and values, very respectful and kind. Also, I thought I had misplaced some cash, and my room attendanant must have found it and he/she folded everything in my room nicely, and there was the bundle of money I thought I had lost! I loved the gym, the pool, the lobby bars and restaurants. Steve, Jimmy and Jamie, at the Mist, specifically, were kind and so nice and accommodating. Good service equals happy customers, they deserve a bonus for working hard and remaining not only calm, but kind, even at peak times with a variety of guests to deal with, including some that were less than kind. My room had ants upon arrival, however I was quickly moved to a new room, although I had to ask for the move, it turned out on.
We loved everything about it. Rooms were spacious and very clean. It was so close to the parks. The hotel restaurant the kitchen had very slow service. That could be because we were a party of 9 though. Food was very good though.
The room and property were great! Love the décor and details at the hotel. My puppy, who came along for the trip received a welcome bag which included a very cute Hard Rock dog bowl. We would have loved to stay there more days since it was so comfortable and felt safe. The ease of getting to City Walk be that by boat, or walking was awesome! Also, for being guests at the hotel, we received complimentary Express Pass to both Island of Adventure and Universal. That was neat! The only bad thing was Housekeeping...timing housekeeping to clean the room so it wouldn't cause a scene (barking, making the dog nervous) with our puppy was rough. We had come back from the parks and would wait up to 2 hours before we left for dinner. I called housekeeping to come in and clean the room, telling them that I will be out within the next 2 hours, so if they could send someone ASAP so we are with the puppy be that in the room or outside of it (the puppy would stay in the room while we would be out on dinner). No one ever came to turn our room over and we called front desk several times and waited the 2 hours. I guess housekeeping was MIA. So during our stay, we never got fresh towels and our beds was never made. Things could be worse though.
Vuoden 2009 avattu hotelli lähellä Walt disney wordin aluetta (15 min) ja Seawordia (10 min). Hotellilta menopaluu kuljetus kaikkiin Walt disney world teemapuistoihin 18 USD Hotellissa 3 ravintolaa ja suuri uima-allas alue. Hotelli sijaitsee n 30 min päässä orlandon lentokentältä.
Everything, hotel is georgeous. Incredible facilities , great service. Perfect for business, pleasure, adults, children. And this is hard to accomplish in one hotel, but they exceeded in every department. We will return and tell all our friends! Nothing else could have been done to make this hotel better. Four Seasons and or developer has thought of everything!
Loved everything. Beautiful hotel and grounds, the best pool area for kids in Orlando.
Just 1 year old hotel, awesome interior, very friendly host. I'd visit again in the future None
