    That is in cap cana

    Everything else! Terrible service, terrible food. Our room that was a junior suite with pool was so old and out of date. The door didn’t close, the bed broke, the sofa was so dirty. No light on the shower. It was a horrible experience and I will send this in all the media network possible because is not a 5 star hotel.

    The room, the bed, the food, the weather, the beach. It's a place for relaxation. It's peacfull. Don't look for "vegas fun" here.

    Cocktails cood be better, also the music and the parties are outdated. And they shouldn't alow fake woodcrafters from outside trying to sell wooden statuets 5x the price you pay at the local souvenir shop.

    The facilities in general were amazing - good pools, gym, spacious and clean rooms. Beach was pretty good. We did the bike tour, which is 1-hour long and I highly recommend it. The staff was nice and kind (special thanks to Brillis, Edward, Fido, Sexy Monkey, Sexy Belly, Chocolate, Moises and the Fusion team: Johandri, Vicente, Leonely, Alejandra, Antonia, Carlo, Annery, Johan).

    The food and drinks were ok, which is expected for an all-inclusive hotel. The buffet option for lunch and breakfast was pretty good, but the restaurants for dinner were ok. Also, even though we were able to get good chairs on the beach, the fact that people would "reserve" the good chairs early in the morning when they weren't even there was annoying.
