The rooms are not clean and the location is unsafe and far from the city.

The réception, the room and the location/view.
The pool area is in great need of renovation. The painting is old and the furniture is old. The service by the pool is nearly unexisting.

Everything (Location, bar & pool with an amazing view, delicious breakfast, very beautiful & clean rooms etc.) We would love to come back!
Partly very slow service: - it took us 3 days to get a confirmation for a spa treatment, despite several requests from our side - proper reparation of the toilet in our room took a while as only quick fixes were done, which didn‘t solve the problem. Finally, a proper technician was send. - next shift was not informed about the luggage that was stored for us Etc. Those issues were more connected to the afternoon hotel-crew. They were friendly, but show lot of gaps by taking care of what was requested. Compared to that the Morning-Hotel-Crew seemed to be more professional/ experienced in serving their guests properly. Super friendly, pro-active and flexible. No complains here.
