Morabeza Hotel

The room was comfortable and spacious the hotel has 3 swimming pools with clean wArm water And the facilities never feel crowded. Breakfast is excellent and as we were on bed and breakfast terms did Not use the main restaurant. Staff were friendly and well trained. The beach facilities were a few yards away with A beach bar loungers and a good lunch time restaurant. I should add that our visit was in October at an earlier Visit in April I found the water not particularly warm. Santa Maria with its shops and restaurants is only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Can’t find much criticism but you need to be aware that the island is virtually a desert so everything is brought In apart from the excellent fresh fish landed daily at the pier. The island is also very windy
