Plaza Santa Ponsa Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

I liked the central location of the hotel, and the closeness of the transport options by taxi or by bus.

Did not like the pool and there ofcourse was some noise from the plaza traffic.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The receptionist was particularly helpful in sorting out a taxi for me to get to the airport for my return journey. The shower room was very good indeed, as I don't like a bath. It was nice to have a shower cubible and not to have to climb into a bath for a shower.

There was no information about how to operate the telephone or how to work the television, or no information about meal times etc. in my room. My sister joined me for breakfast on 2 of my day's stay, but we were not given a receipt for her breakfasts. The waitress simply took the money! However they made her very welcome and she did enjoy her food, and I enjoyed her company on those 2 mornings. I did not read any reviews about this hotel so I have not answered the question below. Sorry.

Really the only thing the hotel had going for it was its location ,near beach. The pool area was tiny and not at all like photographs

Rooms very small and sparsely furnished,bathroom tiny,it was more like a hostel than a three star hotel
