Eslite hotel

The staffs clearly love what they do and love meeting people. I watch them treat everyone with care and bright spirits. It really touched me.

The check-in staff at the reception is great and although there were clearly more mandarin speaking guests than westerners during our two nights stay, everybody's command of english was up to the level. All the staff was both courteous , professional and caring and we really appreciated the free upgrade to the suite room with park view as well as distant 101 tower view. We loved it. We also enjoyed the creative park access and the views from the library level lounge - it gives an immediate sense of serenity to the place with natural environment in the back which is a main contributor to this hotel's standard . The hotel looks fairly plain from the facade but all really somehow comes to life from the inside with floor-to-ceiling park views you get this unexpected real boutique vibe once on the inside. Lot's of nice little touches such as the outstanding Nespresso caffee machine and coffee drawer was really of great use , the daily complimentary fruits , and even a delicious chocolate birthday cake at check-in time that we had quickly dealt with the kids. The morning buffet was excellent even if it is a bit smaller sized than what you'd expect from a hotel that big, but I'd rather have it small and tasty than large and average. Also all the restaurant windows are floor-to-celing with views on the same park which again ensures the good vibe and serenity that this hotel remains. There is a mazy underground food court mall right next door. The entrance is bit secretive but seems very popular with locals as it looks unassumingly quiet from the outside but really buzzing inside once you unlock the way to the basement floor . This review wouldn't be complete without a bit of toilet humor- I found myself spending way too much time than I'd expect studying the brand new japanese TOTO restroom electronics in our very nice and impressive bathroom, all for nothing as it was fully automatic anyway...

My son comment Eslite Hotel luxurious, luxurious in a way of spacious, simplicity but cozy, surrounded by sunshine and grassland. Most of all, with warm and helpful staff.
