Rooms, cleanliness and staff predisposition. Great food selection. Great cocktails.

Shower head in room 329 is relatively loose and water comes out of shower space onto floor and hitting bathroom door, no matter how it's positioned, it doesn't stay facing the right way. Bathroom door is of course damp and wood is swollen.

Very clean, fresh hotel and room. Particularely fond of the immaculate standard of gym. Everything neat and clean and 24/7. I can’t understand that so many Hotels oversee this factor. I actually changed hotel, left Novotel on the other side of the street because their gym facility was closed since a couple of days for ’renovation’ and would remain closed during my four day stay. No good.

My only objection to the breakfast was the coffe machines - the function ’steamed milk’ was out of order in both machines, and when I asked, the staff pointed to a big jug with milk instead.

Hotel was nice, clean with very good breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet allowing a very good night sleep.

The hotel would need some renovation, for example, in the bathroom. Aircraft noise was loud if you keep the window open. Parking was a bit tight, if you’re not an experienced driver you’ll find it difficult to access. The location is a bit far from city center, however it only takes 10 min walking plus 10 min by metro. Staff was polite but cold. They don’t know to explain how to get more easily to the sub station. Also, calculation for the parking was wrong, the receptionist asked for 60€ while it was clearly 30€, had to ask him to check again to realize I was right. All in all, nice vacation and nice Lisbon.

Nothing. Only note the hotel is a little bit far away from the city center but there are 2 subway stations not far away (5 and 10 min walking time).

The room's bathroom was a bit old and shoddy in places. A little renovation would go a long way. The bed was very saggy in spots and was a lower quality than the rest of the room's features. The bar/lounge could be better arranged - it was very noisy between the bar and dining room areas with few places to work quietly.

The room was clean, new, with all needed stuff. Perfect bed.

Anything you want - pay for this. 0,5 still water -3,5 euro, 0,25 sparkled water -3,5 euro etc. Decided to order sone food to the room +5 euro.

the hotel was 5 min walk from the metro station and 5 stops away from the city center the breakfast had a wide range of selection and all kinds of variants the room, bathroom and bed were big making a good comfort level staff was really helpful

At check-in I stayed over 5 minutes until receptionist spoke with me. He was talking on the phone. At checkout they said I need to pay 16 euros for city tax.

This is our second time in this hotel, we were there 4 years ago. It is close to 3 metro stations, one of them is the direct line to the airport. Sete rios train station is close if you want to go to Sintra. The internet was really fast, the room was clean. I think we had a reasonable rate since the breakfast was included. We had a good stay.

The check in was painfully slow, we waited 20 min just to start the process. No changes in the breakfast offerings during our stay except in the pastries (lots of varieties) , it was much much better 4 years ago. The check out is at 12, "do not disturb sign" is hanging on the door but the cleaning lady is barging in at 11:15! This is unexpected in a high class hotel! If the breakfast starts at 7 am they should not start cooking eggs at 8:15. On Sunday, the eggs were overcooked, on previous days they were good. I think the management should pay more attention do details. The staff should smile at the front desk and they should acknowledge the guests. These do not require any money, just a little bit more attention.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and the metro to take you to downtown Lisbon, to the Baixa and Alfama districts. We drove to the hotel from the airport in 15 minutes, then left our rental car in the hotel parking garage ($10 Euro/day) and used the metro instead. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast included with the room price is a sumptuous banquet.

The fitness center is undergoing refurbishment and this info wasn't mention, while I book the hotel. This was one of the reason to book it.

Fabulous staff, especially Milton!

Proximity to the Metro station Praca da Espanha, the fast Internet and some of the staff sympathy. They allowed me late check out for 2 hours free of charge. it helped me to rest a little bit more.

The restaurant is a bit expensive compared to the overall food price in Lisbon. I also didn't like the fact that they have few options in the breakfast.

Proximity to the Giulbekian foundation, El Corte Ingles, airport, metro station. Should not get intimidated by distance to downtown area, it is compensated by good metro connections, and hop on hop off services stoping at 100 meters from entrance

A lovely large, quiet and comfortable room, with excellent facilities in the hotel. The breakfast was terrific and staff were very competent, professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Convenient location if you need to stay between airport and city center (15-20 min. to both by public transport) and very reasonably priced. The famous Calouste Gulbenkian Museum is just 7-8 min. walking distance. Excellent and lavish breakfast!

The eggs were ok. The bed was very comfortable. If we ever come back to Lisbon, we will stay in the same hotel. I will recommend it to other people,

The breakfast even though was good, it needs a little change. They give you the same thing everyday. For a four star hotel, the chef can be more creative.

Front desk staff provided outstanding customer service! Bed was extra comfy and room very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast selections were very good. I will definitely stay here again.

My partner and I were most appreciative of the fact we could get a smoking room. It makes all the difference to our hotel experience. We were also very impressed by the fact we were given a packed breakfast as we had an early flight and the restaurant was not yet open. Thank you Clara!

The room (floor 8) was not soundproof, noise from hallway, airplanes.

Birthday weekend away and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Staffs were absolutely exceptional, especially Clara. I will definitely stay there again.

It is a good hotel, one of the best we have stayed in in Lisbon. The facilities and service excellent and food good with a wide enough selection. Clean and open. The room was good with great facilities and more than comfortable bed.

The checkin was a little slow as the member of staff was a trainee and was unfamiliar with our form of identity. She should have had better mentoring but she was very pleasant. The hot tub was closed and that was a disappointment.

Good variation of foods, esp. bakery. Good choices of coffee, mix yourself. The breakfast area was nice, and the inner area in the glass room was even great. The relax and sauna area was very nice, easy to access, clean and lots of towels. Staff at the reception did a great job, very helpful and professional. Good location close to busses and train station. Easy access to airport bus near the hotel. Very nice to get a welcome treat at our room, checking in.

Pity that guests couldn´t choose the very nice glass room away from the traffic outside the front window at breakfast, lots of space there. There are no teapots for hot water and tea.
