Good location if the RAI convention center is the purpose of travel. Professional and courteous staff. Nice view across the city (17th floor). Super clean. Good breakfast.
When checking out at 5am to catch an early flight, and all bills have been settled the previous afternoon, I think it should be sufficient to simply leave the keycard at the front desk and go. As opposed to having the morning receptionist yet again go through your bill details. I was interested in using the spa, but the hotel info channel was so rapid (and very 90's), that I never had time to read when it was open and which floor it was on. I was left with the feeling that the hotel had more to offer than I was aware. A simple booklet in the room or a mention at the front desk would have done the trick. Breakfast is what would be expected - good, but certainly not worth 32 euros.
