I travel a lot and this hostel has the best staff at any hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff truly understands the hostel experience and how to treat travelers and help them with their needs to ensure they have an awesome trip.

The staff is the absolute best! I accidentally had booked uptown instead of downtown, but the location uptown actually worked out better.
The bathroom are very small and hard to use, which is expected. Some of the showers aren’t as clean as others.

Cheap place. Full bar. Definitely a party hostel. Has a smoking room and a dive bar kind of vibe.
The outlets by the beds are very loose and charger fell out numerous times

Smoking area since you don’t have to go out and stay in the cold. The staff was also welcoming.
This is my first time changing hostel when in Amsterdam and I didn’t really like it. Some major points: 1. Too far from everything else.; 2. Very steep staircase. Jeez, we were given the topmost section and had to carry all the suitcases because there’s no lift (which is quite common but they should’ve made the staircases more accessible); 3. Uncomfortable beds, 4. The smell of the room. You need to teach the people cleaning the room to take cleaning very seriously. Paid 166€ for 2 nights on a weekend. Left after my first night because of a horrible experience. Such a Waste of money.
