Our host were very friendly and helpful. They provided us a lot of information about Antwerp and provided a map with pointing out some places to visit. We asked for the availability of the poll in the morning and it was provided the same day. The breakfast was huge and delicious and the variation of the different food was enough for the days we stayed. The room was clean and big and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely come back.

There is a disco studio downstairs and although we were told that we won't hear any noise being on the 2nd floor it was not possible to sleep until 2am in the morning.

Close to business meetings I had; owner did help me carry my bags up and down the stairs
Very difficult staircases high up, sunk in bathtub that was very difficult to get into, steps up to bathtub without handrail, hairs in bathtub, towels old and worn out, no fresly brewed coffee for breakfast (guests are supposed to make their own with the machine provided), many spot lights not working, no make up mirror, no shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion (just 3x hair&bodywash), pool not available, for sauna one needs to make prior reservation (but how can one know that if one hasn’t been there before), breakfast served in room but quality of food very low, everything quite dated

Apprently we were satisfied with staying here. But we would not come back. Impressive bath system, braod main bed and tidy kitchen were there.
however second bed wasn’s good and breakfast was not good enough. A man delivered a heavy tray to 3rd floor. That was colourful but lukewarm, unfresh bread, no fruit with some mini tomatos. I have to give 7 star

The staff were really friendly. The apartment was very spacious, especially the bathroom and the breakfast, fresh, delicious & on time!
Location isn't very central but only a 10 min cab ride
