Excellent customer service! We booked king bed room but when we were checking in, they said only twin beds available, the girl who was helping us tried her best to solve the issue, result was good! We were happy. The hotel has free ferry to BTS station, it’s very convenient! The view for the hotel is amazing!

What a lovely welcome. All the staffs are keep trying to be smile and be kind. And all the amenities are great. Lovely! Breakfast buffet is sorta cozy one but the view is enough. The most great thing is rooftop swimming pool. It is also quite cozy but even though you not gotta swim, should go up there for wonderful bkk skyline.

Idk about the other rooms but the room what I booked, there are actually not separated bathroom and bed room. You may be able to make it to be separated with the slide doors. But not exactly can make it. Also transportation is quite bad. But then they are serving shuttle boat to the Sathon pier instead. Or you gotta enjoy staycation at the hotel. It could be doesn't matter at all.

Great location and business hotel. Has all you need and more. Food is excellent as well and Anantara alongside with a whole range of great restaurants.
