Location, close to Congress Center, the staff was very helpfull, convinience of the apartment

price of breakfast, no wi-fi in the room

The convience of walking distance to interesting places and having a kitchen

no complaints

Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central) location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage at arrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette was well equipped.

There was no dvd player in the room, this is just rather a comment. I think this could be a good small added value for families with kids who are visiting Basel as tourists.

Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything.

The apartments were new and clean with all you could want.

We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 of us when it was the same as the one bedroom with 2 people on a pull out bed on the sofa. It definitly wasn't big enough for the 4 of us.

Its like a home away from home
