Very very clean! We where in the junior suite on the 11th floor -the view was amazing. The pools where great very relaxing and not too noisy . Great location !! Close to restaurants bars and beaches also close to porto marina which is a really nice area with great restaurants and chilling areas .

Staff very attentive. Hotel spotless both inside and outside. Food excellent, very varied menu. Five swimming pools all very clean.

Not being warned prior that it was card payments only for everything.

We had an ocean view room and the views every day was just gorgeous. The food and drink provided was beyond my expectations.

The food was not labelled when served, this made it hard to know what you were eating.

Beautiful grounds and best view in Benalmadena/Marbella. Hotel staff professional and polite, very accommodating. 2nd visit and can’t wait to go back with the family. Gutted I wasted so much time on Marbella thinking it would be better and totally wrong. You can have great service, comfort, quality and value off the golden mile. And it’s 15 mins away anyway! Don’t hesitate. Highly recommend

It is very good location. Staff was very helpful and breakfast and dinner was excellent. It was very clean and modern. There were events organised in the hotel like magic show and face painting etc. Restaurant was very clean and modern have 50 plus dishes in the breakfast and dinner. It was amazing experience

Everything really, the location, the views, the food. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The pools are great, the garden is well looked after. You can park your car in the underground garage for free, this is very positive. Food is delicious and great variety, we could always choose something we like.

We picked the half-board option, so we had breakfast and dinner. You have to pay for the drinks át dinner, no problem with this but the system you pay for the drinks is a bit complicated. You get a paper at the entrance of the restaurant which shows your room number. The waiters write your order on this piece of paper, then when you leave the restaurant you pay for your drinks. This means that there are queues at the exit. This could be simplified, just write the amount to the room and pay at checkout.

Food was lovely too much choice but not a bad thing. Good location not to far from the airport which was good

The facilities are great. There is a lot of sun beds and space around the 6 pools. The rooms are newly renovated and look the same as the photos. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are incredibly efficient in keeping the hotel clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner quite good. The animation team did the shows also. They did a brilliant Halloween show.

The hotel lacked a bit heart /spirit. The staff were not very forthcoming with conversation or information. At the mini club, the children spent a lot of time colouring pictures. It was a bit sparse or not particularly engaging.

A very good location just on the sea, a lot of piscine outside and one inside, breakfast so generous also the buffet of dinner and lunch. They organise a lot of activities you don’t have time to be bored

The free WIFI wasn’t strong enough for streaming. Today it’s unusual to have to pay for WIFi to be able to watch a video.

Hotel is very big with 2 buildings. Inside is everything you need. Restaurant, bar, swimming pool inside, and outside. Place for children. Very close to hotel is public beach. But better one are far away, so better come with car, or just walk 15 min. We had room 1029 on 10th floor. Nice balcony with stunning view on seaside. This Side of hotel is little bit windy room was nice, Simple furniture. Bed was comfortable and big. Bathroom was as well big, toilet was separatelly from Bathroom. Cleaning was every day. We had halfboard. Food in hotel was Great, everyone can finde there good food. Free parking under building.

Not good pressure of water from sink. You can go to inside swimming pool only with swimming head.

Pool area was fab. Restaurant was lovely. Very clean and food delicious. Rooms were beautifully decorated and we had a fab sea view from our balcony. Whole hotel was so clean and lots happening if you wanted to participate

Room was recently renovated, within a month. The walk in shower was fantastic. Not sure if they’re all like this or part of new renovations but I will request the same room again...no I’m not telling you the number

Casino. I’m not a gambler and do not like the misery gambling emits. That said, it is not ‘in your face’ not freely accessible as you need to register entry etc and it is respectfully un-encouraged

The room wasn’t cleaned properly daily used cups were not replaced, floor was not cleaned thoroughly but there are a huge numbers of rooms in the hotel.

I love the many pools. Closeness to the beach and Benalmadena aquarium. Most importantly the fooooood!

We have been visiting this hotel, on and off, for several years. The improvements this time were very noticeable with tastefully refurbished rooms, excellent showers and a wonderful spa with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and indoor heated pool. The location is fantastic with great sea views and outside pools, tennis courts etc.

Our only criticism, and noted on previous occasions, is the time it takes to be served at the bar in the evening. One evening we queued for over ten minutes as only one member of staff was serving. It was not unusual to see queues of 10 plus persons. Somewhat trivial, but annoying all the same!

Attention : water needs to be paid at the restaurant even if you have registered "all included" - Only mineral water authorized !

Kind of weird behaviour of some of the guests who put towels on beds around the swimming pools at 7am

The staff were great beautiful hotel, went there in may for a long weekend for my daughters 32nd birthday and chose to go again with my friend for a week

Not enough sun loungers. People would reserve them before breakfast and drag them around and plant them literally anywhere, and it was difficult to find a vacant one during the day resulting in having to put our towels on the grass and getting muddy! I didnt expect to have pay for the teabags in the room.

Absolutely amazing Hotel - Great location, cleanliness, facilities, sea views, not to mention the jaw dropping quality of food at both breakfast & dinner. Couldn't recommend the hotel enough!

Need more umbrellas around pools so people aren't queuing 1hr+ in the morning before the facilities open.

I liked just about everything, from the location the cleanliness and the general feeling of calm I got while exploring the facilities.

Just a few things such as the shower wouldn’t drain quick enough and would leak on the bathroom Floor causing us to take quick showers. The lack of rule keeping mainly people reserving beds with towels at 9 in the morning and not using the beds until maybe 1 in the afternoon making it hard for others to get beds.

there's no beach side at the back of the hotel due to massive rock's but not a major problem.

Amazing buffet for all meals. The room was very spacious. The entire hotel felt higher class and top notch. Awesome childcare which was included without extra cost.

The pool and children's pool was cold (both my kids were shivering).

Nice location. Great selection at breakfast. Nice modern clean rooms. Well equipped gym.

Minor points. It would be nice if there were more sunbeds. The pools are good and were popular with guests. It would be useful if the gate to the beach / pier were accessible with a room key to save a long walk round.

Booked a sea view room and was not disappointed. The hotel is situated right on the seafront so the views were lovely.

The lack of sun loungers. It’s just embarrassing to watch everyone run up to save a lounger as soon as the gates open. Apparently the hotel does not tolerate sun loungers being reserved but I did not see this come in to action.

First the room we got is spectacular! I think I booked for superior room which is standard room but it's huge bedroom, even the hall way was big. The view is fantastic. We are in 1009 on 10th floor and here is the view from the room. It says itself. 2 kids pool, 2 adults pool and 1 indoor pool. So much going on to keep our 6 years old busy. Big thumb up for all the hotel reps they're doing a wonderful job! Life guard at the family pool all the time, gives you a peace of mind. Kids disco at 21:00-21:30, my daughter looking forward it every day. Live show everyday from 22:00. There is different show each day such as Africa night, Flamingo night etc. Originally booked this hotel because of the kids club and water slide but my daughter haven't even try them yet as she already having so much fun for everything else. The food and beverage, lots people are on all inclusive but we are on BB package because there are lots restaurant around we like to dinning out. It's about 15 mins walk (with 6 yes old) to the areas have lots restaurant. We love a few restaurants there and some along the walk towards Marina. Anyway, back to the hotel breakfast we never feel like we have to queue to find a table or for food. The staff are super efficient there always table available; you don't need to remind any staff there is shortage on food- they notice themselves and consistently top them up. With 10 coffee machines about 6 juices stations you don't need to waste time on queuing. Hotel itself is well maintained, the pools are cleaned daily, and grasses are cut regularly. There was a wedding here last night it was stunning. No matter where you take photos in hotel, looks perfect from every angle.

If I have to come up anything the hotel can improve, I would say don't just focus on the all inclusive guests, sometimes feel like BB package guests are not welcomed that much.

The variety of food everyday was excellent. The bread freshly baked and fresh fruit every day. The spa was wonderful in hotel and the pools fantastic.

No iron in rooms and no coffee in rooms. The tea was awful. The water not boiling. Not enough umbrellas at pools either.

The hotel is modern, the food was lovely and good chose . It has nice kids swimming pool with slides... kids clubs. I would recommend this hotel for the families ( but it has only adults areas as well).
