Not very clean room floor . Could do with with a good over haul painting updating , but I guess it cost more and a lot todo

Bad service of the host

The pool is OK.

It's the one of the worst hotels i'd ever stayed. The air condition worked very weak so that we had only a noisy fan in the room without cool air. For that reason it's awful hot and airless in the night. The facilities (furnitures, TV, fridge, cooktop, microwave) in the room were old and battered. All the towels and linens were also old, shabby and faded. There weren't the curtains at the windows.

The swimming pool area was good

The studios DO NOT have a balcony. They have small patios (2metres walls). In order to see the view you need to hop on a chair.

I checked in at 5:30 in the evening was given a key card and couldn’t get into my room went back down stairs and was told my room needed to be changed with no explanation so I went back upstairs to collect my luggage and family and we was told 5 minutes we was getting a better room after 20 minutes or so we was given another room card with no explanation so off we went to our room Nothing could have prepared me for our room to begin the was blood stains on the floor up the corridor the front door had hand marks on inside the sink was so dirty you could write your name in dust there was sand in the bath the kitchen sink was dirty and the dinning table and there was a pile of something in the corner in the bathroom So it was back down stairs again No apology just well we fully booked there is no cleaner so the manger said he would clean the room himself we was offered a drink in the pool bar at there cost and eventually we did get in our room almost 2 and half hours after check in the room was clean but the balcony was covered in birds mess there was no toilet facilities open in hotel due to covid 19 The only member of staff the wore a mask was the bar lady This ruined our time at this hotel and my daughter wouldn’t use the pool because of how unclean the room was The only good tho g I can say is the is lots of hand sanitizer on the walls

No view from the balcony. The pool was closed even though it stated pool open when booking. Walking distant to places is to far... you need a taxi.

location up steep hill and a good walk to nearest facilities. Low level apartments road side are very dark so avoid although we where moved after complaint ( make sure you use nothing on arrival WC etc as it is checked before room change) Supplied kitchen ware old and very limited and the food in fridge froze first night as it was set to too high (setting knob broken) also the freeze compartment was broken (hanging) and over iced so adjusted temp myself. No kettle and although given one it disappeared the next day and although promised replacement after several inquiries gave up and used the one pan supplied instead to heat water for tea and coffee ( two small espresso cups only supplied and one small glass asked for bigger and they supplied) House keeping very erratic from very good to poor, tipped one maid got good service that day, tipped another several days later and it was poor. Generally needs updating but overall we made the best of the stay however we would not return.

The only good thing was the restaurant food when it was open.

Restaurant only open 5 nights, no Bar, room was very small, no balcony, right next to kitchen extraction fan with all cooking smells,

Rooms dirty beds dirty and no mad bags of rubbish lying on floor. We moved 3 times before we got a room we stayed 1 night and moved out ,also no pool no restaurant open total disgrace

Everything, and very old, dirty apartments with no amenities open, no kettle no toaster no saucepan, kitchen sticky with grease, heating didnt work hairdryer didn't work bath dirty had to clean it myself no plug for the bath all in all not a pleasant stay couldnt wait to leave next day

Very good staff. The building had good quality materials in it.

Colour scheme. A change of colour from yellow to white would freshen it up and make a big difference. Bar was out of date but friendly staff.

The room was small, dated, ill equipped and tatty with a wall built on the terrace so you could not see anything. The breakfast was made up from budget food, even the so called juice was cordial.

Everything is very old and run down by the owners, there hasn't been any update to the rooms or the facilities in years. The air conditioning is very noisy, even with the doors and windows closed. I didn't want to touch the remote for the TV as it was discusting.

The walk up the hill from the main road. We were not informed we could access the lower car park from the street and use the lift. Found this out on the last night from another guest!!

Bed was comfy room good size and clean.

The breakfast was very poor, no milk for cereals and the beans were stone cold, bacon burnt and not much scrambled egg left. Orange squash watered down, bread was stale, wouldn't ear there again.

No cleaner visited in 4 days 3 sockets didn’t work no knives no kettle dark room not helped by 3 lights not in working order

Location near to Malaga and close to the beach. Parking in the streets in front of the hotel was ok. Vert nice people in the reception.

Paid wi-fi in the room. The hot/cold water in the shower changes every 20 s. The equipment in the kitchen could be better, can't imagine cooking there for 1 week holiday - yes, the hotel offers food but the kitchen is important part of the apartment as well.

Good shower facilities and space

No kettle, very upset that I was told to park outside the property and the car was tow’d. Receptionist said it was “more than fine” to park where I was tow’d.

Experienced a couple of issues during our stay at Vistamar. Firstly on the 2nd day of our holiday we were summoned to the reception to say that payment for our stay was not received by them and they demanded the amount due in cash asap or we would have to leave the hotel. The issue took 2 days to be resolved snd turned out to be the fault of the hotel and the money was actually received. No apology was given to us or compensation for the stress caused for two days of our holiday. Secondly on the day before we were to check out we were told we would have yo change rooms for the last night. This caused us alot of inconvenience and further stress. Both instances are a result of very poor management of this hotel

The price

The pillows in the wardrobe were dirty, the air con was not very effective, the pool area had bits cordoned off, the bar was closed, it was up a very steep hill!

Breakfast awful, coffee awful, stuff terrible (angry arrogant people), bed noisy and old, fridge broken, not enough dishes in the room for 2 persons, dirty room, shower broken, we stayed for 4 nights no cleaning during our stay!

Restaurant staff were very rude, the balcony was like a cupboard with high walls . I chose half board but ended eating out every day because the food was disgusting. I checked out a day early and booked into a different hotel. Total waste of money!!

Food was terrible, charged €2 for 1/2 wine glass of awful tap beer. Decor in need of updating.

When I got there I got the wrong rooms got told I need to wait to the next day for the right room Then next day the only room they had was a 2 bed apartment what we had no choice to take with 2 families no lock on the bath room door would never go back

Nothing it’s very bad

Staff are ridiculously rude I have a disability and I was going about my day when the receptionist shouted at me that I’m disturbing everyone in reception he had me crying in reception till the manager came and apologized on his behalf, the fridge door was broke the phone didn’t work there was no kettle and the cleaners came in once . For a 10 night stay it really put a damper on my holiday, please avoid this hotel saving a couple of euros is not worth it

Absolutely nothing

Terrible hotel. One party member didn't stay there at all and the other checked out one day early. Dark dingy room in the eves of the building with no air and a broken air con unit. Dirt on floors and smokers in the neighbouring room. High balcony walls except for the one that looked into the neighbours balcony. If you wanted to breath some fresh air you would have to stand on the concrete chair on the balcony to see over the wall! No kettle, lots of wardrobe space with no hangers, no laundry facilities. Unpleasant staff advised the crying guest (my mother) there was nothing they could do until there was a manager there which wasnt until the next day. She was then moved to another poor standard of room but this time with a low wall so there was at least some air able to pass into the room. The balcony was ground level and backed onto what I believe was the staff quarters as they all seemed to have their smoke breaks here. Cold breakfasts and you cant take your coffee out to enjoy in the spanish sun. All the staff seemed miserable and none were remotely pleasant. Located up a steep hill so thankfully my mother is mobile. You have to pay for wifi. The holiday was cut short because it had just become unbearable for my mum. Shame on you booking.com for selling this property on your site. Destroyed what was a highly anticipated family holiday.

Sovittiin respassa suullisestiettä maksua ei mene kun huone ei vastannut kuvausta ollenkaan, tililtäni oli viety raha kun pääsin toiseen hotelliin😡 Kaksi kertaa käytiin selvittämässä asiaa, ei tullut yhtään vastaan😞 Olen tehnyt kaksi reklamaatiota Bookin vomiin ja yhden Vistamariin, samoin Nordea pankki on ottanut asian hoitoon🤨
