Lovely big room with 2 large comfortable beds and lots of fluffy pillows. Really convenient area for restaurants, theatres, and shopping.
Had a problem with room pass, but problem was quickly and efficiently sorted. Lack of information in room about breakfast options.

The Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and value. Room was very good.
Lack of fresh decaff coffee not just instant! It's important to treat those who don't want to or can't take drinks with caffeine equally with those who do.
