Lovely staff. Room clean and functional. Comfy stay

Really not happy with the single use plastic freebies and bottled water in the room. So unnecessary and not good for the planet My partner was most irritated by the poor coffee machines which ran out and also made really not great coffee. There was a lack of glasses for orange juice and no jugs for milk for tea

Clean and tidy room, has a nice checkout time of 12pm unlike most hotels being 10/11am

£1.50 for a bottle of water was asking a little bit much

The staff are really lovely at the hotel, and sorted out any issues as quick as they could. The hotel room is clean with a decent bed, TV and desk. The hotel is in a good location, close to good restaurants, bars and the SeaLife centre. It's also a close walk to the station and Bull ring for shopping. It's a shame about the noise level as otherwise it would be a great hotel.

On both nights the guests on our floor were loud and blasting music. The first night we called to reception and they sorted it out. The second night numerous guests, including us were kept awake on our floor by some unruly guests who were banging on walls, slamming doors and screaming at each other. I would advise that if you want a quiet night's sleep this is probably not the hotel for you. You can also hear the club across the street blasting music and taxis etc.
