Staff are nice and accommodating. They even upgrade our room to a more spacious room with balcony. Thanks to all the staff who were working at the time we were there!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room itself seems outdated, the shower head seemed to be full of calcium deposits wherein the water seems to be pouring a little. The DOOR LOCK did not work at all—when we left the room we double checked if the door was lock, lo behold we were able to open the door without using the key card. Again, the hotel NEEDS UPDATE. It seems like the owner isn’t paying attention to the hotel.
