The breakfast buffet was varied and food temperatures were appropriate.

The bathroom tub was clearly not cleaned so I had to forgo my nightly bath. There was a ring around the inside of the tub. The other unpleasant surprise was being locked out of our room an hour earlier than checkout time forcing a few clients and myself to go to the front desk to have our cards reset. I asked the cleaning lady to replace the "Do not disturb" sign which she said she would do but when we returned, the sign was not on the door. Total disregard for our needs.
