It was fine
The beds were comfy and it was fine for the price
I'm pretty sure the carpet was just draped over floor boards, with no actual floor in places. It worked for what I needed. I ordered a queen size, but it was more like a full size.

Excellent location and value for money; located in pretty part of downtown, walking distance to UCD, restaurants, central park,. Good value for money. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.
House keeping member of staff were unprofessional and not caring to their clients when asked for help.

Great location but AC a bit noisy
The location is excellent, in walking distance to downtown Davis and UC Davis. The alarm clock has USB charger outlets.
The AC was kind of noisy. Even when mine was off, the AC of the neighbors was buzzing pretty badly. I had to sleep with earplugs, but admittedly I am a bit sensitive to noise. I was in room 205, so that may matter too.

Great location, easy to walk anywhere in downtown Davis.
No conditioner in the bathroom. I recommend not forgetting your toiletries.
