Suhteellisen lähellä lentokenttää, ja bussi hoiti kuljetukset 1/2 tunnin välein. Hyvä ravintola.

Huoneet olivat todella siistit, ja oli hienoa, että patjan saattoi säätää juuri itselle sopivaksi.
Kaksi seurueestamme söi illallisen yhteydessä jälkiruoaksi "päivän kakun", jonka huomasimme olevan homeessa. Huomautin asiasta tarjoilijalle, joka väitti homeen olevan pölysokeria. Tarjoilija olisi korvannut mielipahamme kahvilla, mutta ei jättänyt laskuttamatta jälkiruokia. Mielestäni olisi ollut kohtuullista, että homeessa olevista kakunpaloista ei tarvitse maksaa.
The breakfast was amazing, although an add-on. Rooms large and bathrooms nice, 2 options of pillows. Restaurant stayed open late for dinner.
Restaurant had lots of late night dinner diners and could have been refilling dinner buffet items faster. Airport shuttle info should only reference Terminal 1; no pickup at Terminal 3. Hotel staff should not say airport is first stop on shuttle, as our shuttle reversed the route from evening before and airport was last stop (10-12 minutes, not 1 minute).

Th service staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel is pretty close to the airport with a free shuttle.
The bed was awful the mattress was totally shot. I slept in a pit, actually I didn't sleep at all. I should have complained. The restaurant left a bit to be desired. I was not expecting high-end cuisine but the buffets were not too good for the price. Not terrible, but not great. Aside from the bed, the stay was not bad, but given the Hilton name, I expected a little more. For people looking for a overnight close to the airport, it's fine, maybe a bit expensive, but if you are going to be there for an extended time, go somewhere else.

food was just OK, the bar had run out of red wine, the room was small, i tried to call the hotel several time from the airport @ 9:00PM to confirm if the restrant was open, it took 5 call to get some one to pick up the phone, at check in there was no HHonners Line. check in took 30 min the shuttle bus was unsafley overcrowded no place to put your case!

Nice hotel very close to the airport
The hotel and our room were clean and modern. Our room was nicely furnished and was quite comfortable. The dinner at the hotel was fairly good and the breakfast buffet was good, as well. Nice staff.
The onsite parking was rather expensive, but we were glad that it was available since we had a rental car to return the next morning.
Liked the free airport shuttle. Took the hassle out of arriving and departing a foreign country. Then to find a clean, safe 4-5 star hotel at reasonable prices. A blessing.

This hotel served its purpose. I needed to stay close to the airport for a morning flight. The room was clean & comfortable. Solid selection for breakfast.
Every time we took a shower, water leaked all over the floor. Design flaw would be my guess. Also, I know it was hotel food, but being in Italy, I expected better room service.

The restaurant was over price and considering how wonderful the food was in Italy quite disappointing. The service was good.
The hotel was totally impersonal. The coffee bar was supposed to be a restaurant and failed miserably. The food selection in this so called restaurant was terrible, The "Chef's Star" spagehtti was the worst pasta dish I have ever tasted anywhere and I live in Italy.The Ceasar salad was some pieces of lettuce on a plate, wtih a few pieces of chicken and dry parmesan chesse on top. The dressing was a mayonaise from a bottle,very sparingly dregged over the top I shall not stay there again and I shall not recommend it to anyone. It is not what I had expected from a Hilton Hotel.
The guests laundry was very convenient for me since I had another week ahead of me to stay away from home.
The restaurant staff is not enough to face a customers surge, and the male waitres was not friendly as the female personnel. I had to wait longer than normal for a meal.

Their support. One of the guest had an accident on a knee and could not walk. The had wheel chair and special attention.

Price included "American" breakfast but our flight left too early. Got a "box" breakfast instead that we turned back in because it contained nothing we liked (prepared sandwich on white bread with mayonaise, packaged croissant with jelly, pear juice. Suggest instead: yogurt, packaged cheese and fresh roll or croissant, orange juice

It was cold (not temperature) and isolated. The breakfacst meal was not acceptable. - runny scrambled eggs and not thoroughly cooked bacon.
