Plussat: My small economy carnot available They gave me a 8 cylinder truck!!! Instead of using 40 dolllars in gas I used 80

Worst experience with car drop off and phone support
Miinukset: The location has odd operational hours on weekends. I due to the sheer misfortune missed the closing hours on Saturday which is 2pm In the panic I have called Enterprise phone support. On the phone I was told that it's okay to drop off the car at the Enterprise Exotics car lot which was open after hours. Bad idea: on Sunday morning the lot was closed and Enterprise office have refused to accept the car, which resulted in the charges without access to car. Enterprise phone support people won't share any responsibilities for incorrect advices, all responsibility lies solely on you unfortunately.

Quick and smooth pick up and return
Plussat: Two staff were very quick and efficient to process our pick up and return.
Miinukset: A nice lady let us choose a car. Since the car we chose was freshly returned, she had it cleaned. But the car still had bird dropping on a door and it never looked washed outside. Maybe, it was vacuum cleaned only inside.

Plussat: quick easy transition had a problem with seat belts after picking up friends from the airport.drove to the nearest enterprise and they fixed it in minutes

Miinukset: i had to wait an absurd amount only to find out that I was misinformed on the website with what i needed to rent a car. walked out without a car. ashamed to even have considered this service.

Great car rental
Plussat: We were upgraded from a compact to a Ford Escape and it was very nice. We rented it for a trip to Tucson and enjoyed all of its features. They were very nice at the desk and we were in and out quickly.
