Beach was calm and absolutely beautiful in August. The beach beds were amazing and comfortable. The food was the best buffet in all of Egypt and the servicing staff were good. The lobby in the new section was gorgeous and welcoming with the nice smell. Hassan at front desk was very attentive to customer sat issue when I was not given the right room the first two nights. Peaceful place. Rental golf carts were fun and helped to look around Sahl Hasheesh. We will return!!
The construction was making some noises. Bartenders didn’t have extensive options but good at creating new drinks. The spa could be cleaner and separated for women and men. The music needs to be more spa like. They should not put any guests that overlook the construction or road if they purchased a superior room.

I went to many hotels in hurghadah and sharm never find superb like sunrise romance in every thing starting from staff specially Mr ibrahim in front office Mr hamada F&B manager Mr hegazi main restaurant manager and all other staff room was fabulous food was excellent entertainment was very good they have tje best beach in the area hotel decoration and hope they invest in setup . I shall go there every time i plan to travel to hurghadah thank you every one recomend sunrise romance
Soda and coffee I hope in my next visit to find soda machine instead of filling from bootles also hope they can get better coffe taste

The place is more than beautiful.it's very clean. The view,is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Ibrahim at the reception. He is very kind and helpful and is always offering help and always finds solutions for any problem I encounter. He is the best.
