Rooms are clean and staff are friendly

Furniture is old. Rented a suite as we are traveling with a baby of 7 months. Heating was not working so spent first night in a room of 7 degrees remperature. Called maintenance twice and they didnt seem to fix the problem. I had to call and ask for blankets as beds were extremely cold. Baby cot is a thousand years old and squeaks everytime baby moves so it was very uncomfy. Another disappointment was at checkin I asked reception to make a payment upfront and instead he did a pre-autho; 4 hours later I receive another sms from bank that same amount was deducted. I called the bank that confirmed two different transactions were done under two different numbers and reception insisted next day that they have only one around midnight until I showed them the slip from 730 pm. It took 3 days of continuous bargaining to reverse one of the two transactions. Asked for one small bottle of wine to the suite and the screw opener that came with the bottle is a second-world-war equipment; rusty and loose so couldnt open and ended up snapping the cork. Overall stay is very poor and compared to the charges they apply (11 Euros for two bottles of water) the whole hotel should be reassessed by touristic authorities as it should be 2 stars maximum.
