Hotel Ilunion Malaga

Convenience to the airport.

Service could be improved especially in the dining room. It was very slow with on one occasion two of the staff chatting away while I was waiting for someone to come to me. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also more English entertainment channels on the TV. Was disappointed as one reason I booked this hotel was it advertised having an indoor pool. When I went to use it I couldn't turn on the lights & also the water was cold. Another disappointment was I was leaving at 6.30am one morning but couldn't get any breakfast as room service was not operating until later & dining room not open until 7am.
