Location, staff, room size and view were all excellent. A lot of attention to detail, provide extras like hair straightener, chocolates, charger (i had the wrong plug), prosecco when they found out we are celebrating a special event. They also arranged/booked almost our entire stay making excellent recommendations.

The bed we had, had a gap between headboard and mattress, which meant I woke up with no pillow. The blinds/blackouts should be better fitted to not allow so much light in. But all in all will definitely come back.

The staff were amazing, attentive, and kind. The property is stunning with an amazing sea view on the rooftop. The beds are so comfortable and the ambiance was all around relaxing.

Very nice room with balcony and marina view Very close to the cathedral and old city walls and old back streets of Palma Good for walking to centre of Palma.
