. The hotel allowed us an early check-in. · Staff was friendly and helpful. . Value for money. . The room and washroom were spacious, neat and clean. . Bed size was good. . We could easily make the room dark enough, to sleep in the daytime. . Soundproofing of the room was excellent. . AC was good. . Room service was good. . Upon request, we received a baby coat free of cost. . Lifts were very good, we did not have to wait even in peak hours. . Breakfast was good, the dining room had a good view. . The bus shuttle service to haram was frequent, almost every 20min but on prayer time it was difficult to find a seat in the bus. · I would like to stay here again
. Car Parking is not that big, considering the size of the hotel. The entrance to B2 floor is narrow for big cars. . We received a call from Hotel's Customer Relations Dept. while we were sleeping thus it was not pleasant. . There was only 1 bedside table, there should be 1 with each bed. . The flushing should from the washroom was enough to wake everyone up in the room. . There was no initiative from the hotel to help with the luggage when we arrived.
Nice hotel and staff is cooperative.
Location is not good. No grocery shops around. Far away from Haram and value for money not good at all.
It is very far away from Al Haram and it was a big hassle to us getting a bus or transport , this hotel spoil our trip for un justified high price and not real 5 stars hotel
The price for this time of the year was unbeatable.
The bathroom was pretty dirty and there was no hot water available (though they said it was being fixed soon). External phone calls were also not available.

The hotel is new and clean in october 2010.
I did not like the way they manage breakfast. We had to wait more than 45 minutes to eat. Also they do not provide paper toilet in sufficient quantity adn bath rooms are not fully equipped specially for those who would like to sit in a bath. Saudi staff (except receptionnists) like security agents need to learn more about customers respect and politeness. I had also to pay 15% more for service when I arrived and I finally finished may stay with the feeling that I did not get the service I paid for.

The rooms were fairly comfortable but beyond that, I didn't really like it.
Rooms weren't big enough, slow room service, there wasn't a variety in the menu, food was mostly cold, no wi-fi.
