Amber at the front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Stevie and Judy at the Santa Maria restaurant were spot on in their service during breakfast. Endia did and excellent job servicing our room.
Housekeeping was fantastic!! Beds were very comfortable
Not enough elevators for such a big resort... That being said the majority of people can use the exercise that taking the stairs gives.(when not loaded with items, of course or truly physically disabled)
Partying barely legals, no working hot tub but one, trash all over pool area. This sucked!!!
Will stay again
The sun deck was exceptional. Rooms were clean, kitchen has everything. It was a great hotel.
The hotel was very confusing. It needs a better way to get to the rooms and the parking connected to the hotel.
I liked that it was less than 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great, and not busy. You can easily see from your balcony if there is anyone there. The beds were comfortable, and bouncy.
The outside of the building looks a little old and run down, it really looks like a building built in the 70's from outside, and it would help to do a little remodeling (Inside the rooms looks great). I felt there was too much trash in the parking lot and walkways.
The room we got through Kayak was not at the resort proper, it was in a motel across the street and down a bit. We were in town just for one night for a wedding and didn't use any of the main resort facilities. The room smelled stuffy, the air conditioner had fallen off the wall, and I just found myself itching all night until I could fall asleep because the room didn't feel clean. You get what you pay for.
everything about this day was wonderful wish I could have stayed a little bit longer
nothing to complain about
ocean front view
check in time and out
The location directly on the beach was nice. The pool snack bar is very handy and decently priced.
The pool at the main resort was always overcrowded, no seats. The other pools at the two branch buildings were tiny. Almost all of the beach chairs were marked "reserved" which you had to pay $30 per day to reserve your chair. There is no breakfast offered. The room did not have a good supply of soap, shampoo, ect.
